本实用新型公开了一种摆线针轮行星传动装置的内置油槽式齿套座,包括齿套座本体,齿套座本体的内孔表面设有齿槽柱、滚针槽,在齿槽柱面上设置至少一条沿圆周面呈螺旋型的螺旋油槽。本实用新型通过螺旋油槽的设置,保证了滚针在运动时表面能均匀地接触到螺旋油槽内的润滑剂,使滚针表面均匀地附着上润滑剂,形成油膜,保证了摆线针轮行星运动装置在运动状态下,滚针与滚针槽表面避免发生齿面咬合,减少损失,提高了齿套座和滚针的使用寿命,保证了摆线针轮行星传动装置运行的精度和稳定性。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种摆线针轮行星传动装置的齿套座。 
背景技术
一般摆线针齿型减速器,其内齿是采用半埋入式,所以在传动中针齿的自转动属于滑动配合,这样的结构优点是体积小,传递力量大,在大径向负荷下,变形小,传动精度高,耐冲击。但由于针齿与半圆孔间属滑动摩擦,所以对润滑显得特别重要。如果减速器在负载下,偏心摆动的外齿轮与针齿间不能作正常滚动啮合,会使外齿轮工作面与针齿外圆产生滑动,从而使减速器在负载状态下迅速发热,运转噪声增大,减速器加速磨损而报废。因此,如何使针齿在运转中得到良好的润滑是摆线针齿型减速器保证正常运转,减小磨损,从而稳定的保持精度的一个重要环节。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理,保证摆线针轮行星传动能高精度稳定运行的摆线针轮行星传动装置的内置油槽式齿套座。 
本实用新型的技术解决方案是: 
一种摆线针轮行星传动装置的内置油槽式齿套座,包括齿套座本体,齿套座本体的内孔表面设有齿槽柱、滚针槽,其特征是:在齿槽柱面上设置至少一条沿圆周面呈螺旋型的螺旋油槽。 
本实用新型通过螺旋油槽的设置,保证了滚针在运动时表面能均 匀地接触到螺旋油槽内的润滑剂,使滚针表面均匀地附着上润滑剂,形成油膜,保证了摆线针轮行星运动装置在运动状态下,滚针与滚针槽表面避免发生齿面咬合,减少损失,提高了齿套座和滚针的使用寿命,保证了摆线针轮行星传动装置运行的精度和稳定性。本实用新型还具有结构简单、加工工艺难度小等优点。
