本实用新型涉及一种用以压折弯的装置，尤其是一种压制转子上折弯的装置。
背景技术
冷却风扇是汽车发动机系统的重要零部件之一，风扇的冷却能力对发动机有着极为重要的影响。近年来，随着汽车的需求量越来越大，汽车的零部件需求量也越来越大，如何提高汽车风扇的产量，已成为生产商迫切要解决的问题。将线圈挂于转子的折弯上，然后压制折弯，因为折弯的数量较多，且折弯较小，所以较难压制。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术存在的不足，本实用新型提供一种压制转子上折弯的装置。
一种用以压折弯的装置，包括汽缸、第一支撑板、上模、下模、底座、第二支撑板、导向销、推杆、弹力块、支架和气阀，汽缸固定于第一支撑板上部，第一支撑板下部设有上膜，第一支撑板和第二支撑板通过支架连接，第二支撑板上部固定有底座，底座上部设有下模，第二支撑板上部一侧固定有气阀，第二支撑板下部固定有弹力块，弹力块上固定有导向销，下模和弹力块通过推杆连接。
优选地，所述的支架为两根。
优选地，所述的气阀上设有压杆。
优选地，所述的上膜为圆环柱体。
优选地，所述的圆环柱体内侧设有坡度。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：通过上膜内侧设有的坡度，在上膜下压的过程中，将转子上的折弯全部压制完成。

如图1所示，一种用以压折弯的装置，包括汽缸1、第一支撑板2、上模3、下模4、底座5、第二支撑板6、导向销7、推杆8、弹力块9、支架10和气阀11，汽缸1固定于第一支撑板2上部，第一支撑板2下部设有上膜3，第一支撑板2和第二支撑板6通过支架10连接，第二支撑板6上部固定有底座5，底座5上部设有下模4，第二支撑板6上部一侧固定有气阀11，第二支撑板6下部固定有弹力块9，弹力块9上固定有推杆8，下模4和弹力块9通过推杆8连接，气阀上设有压杆12。
实施例1
如图1所述，将转子固定于下模4上，将压杆向下压，打开气阀11，弹力块弹起，下模4通过导向销7向上滑动，将转子压入上膜3，通过上膜3内侧设有的坡度，将转子上的折弯全部压制完成。

1.一种用以压折弯的装置，其特征在于：包括汽缸、第一支撑板、上模、下模、底座、第二支撑板、支架和气阀，汽缸固定于第一支撑板上部，第一支撑板下部设有上膜，第一支撑板和第二支撑板通过支架连接，第二支撑板上部固定有底座，底座上部设有下模，第二支撑板上部一侧固定有气阀，第二支撑板下部固定有弹力块，弹力块上固定有导向销，下模和弹力块通过推杆连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述用以压折弯的装置，其特征在于：所述的支架为两根。
3.根据权利要求1所述用以压折弯的装置，其特征在于：所述的气阀上设有压杆。
