本实用新型涉及箔材冷轧机,尤其是涉及一种用于箔材冷轧机的张力调整装置。 
背景技术
箔材冷轧机在工作过程中,一般须让箔材有拉应力的束缚。这样可以防止箔材轧制时跑偏;让箔材保持平直和良好的版型;便于轧制更薄的产品。现有技术中,大型箔材冷轧机中的张力调整装置一般结构复杂,调节起来十分不便,而小型箔材冷轧机中往往没有张力调整装置。如专利申请号为201020142841.3的实用新型专利《用于板带冷轧线的张力调整装置》所述,该张力调整装置由固定辊和调整辊以及其他附件组成。料带呈S行穿过固定辊与调整辊。调整辊与固定辊的相对位置可以通过螺栓进行手动调节。 
所以为提高箔材冷轧机的工作性能,建立一套结构简单、有效可靠的箔材张力调整装置十分有必要。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、有效可靠的在线箔材冷轧机张力调整装置。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采取下述技术方案:一种用于箔材冷轧机的张力调整装置,包括机架、平行设置在机架上的收带轮、后压带轮、前压带轮和放带轮,所述收带轮、后压带轮、前压带轮和放带轮依次排列。 
作为优选:所述放带轮和收带轮均安装在无极变速电机上。 
轧制时,将待压延材料呈S型依次穿过设置的辊子,形成S形辊道。此时通过调整电机转速,控制放带轮与收带轮的转动,便可调整箔材轧制时的张力。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型结构简单,穿带方便,张力可以实现灵活简单的调整,工作有效且可靠,是箔材冷轧机上非常实用的张力调整装置。

如图1所示,一种用于箔材冷轧机的张力调整装置,包括机架3、平行设置在机架3上的收带轮1、后压带轮2、前压带轮6和放带轮8,收带轮1、后压带轮2、前压带轮6和放带轮8依次排列,所述放带轮8和收带轮1均安装在无极变速电机上。实际使用时,如图所示的待压延料带7呈S型依次穿过设置的辊子,形成S形辊道,并穿过上轧辊4和下轧辊5之间;此时通过调整电机转速,控制放带轮8与收带轮1的转动,便可调整箔材轧制时的张力。本实用新型结构简单,可灵活可靠的在线调整箔材轧制时的张力,有效提高产品质量。

2.如权利要求1所述的用于箔材冷轧机的张力调整装置,其特征在于:所述放带轮和收带轮均安装在无极变速电机上。
