  本实用新型专利涉及一种自动变速器,尤其涉及一种带磁粉双离合器、双输出轴的六档自动变速器。
背景技术
   目前现有技术中双离合器自动变速器(DCT)中所使用的双离合器有干式(机械式)、湿式(液压式)两种。这两种类型的双离合器的“离”“合”控制都是通过机械的方式控制的。当离合器使用一段时间而磨损后,这种控制就会产生误差,很难作到准确。从而导致变速器在换档时产生冲击,舒适性下降。变速器的本体部分多采用单输出轴的结构设计,使变速器的总体长度较长。一般输入扭矩在150-180N.m的变速器总长度在350-400之间。给变速器在整车布置工作带来困难。
 实用新型内容
   本实用新型主要是解决现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种结构简单的磁粉双离合器六档自动变速器。
   本实用新型的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:   
一种磁粉双离合器六档自动变速器,包括箱体,所述的箱体中设有奇数挡输入轴,所述的奇数挡输入轴上套有输入轴传动齿轮,所述的箱体中设有隅数挡输出轴,所述的隅数挡输出轴上套有输出轴传动齿轮,所述的输入轴传动齿轮与输出轴传动齿轮相啮合,所述的箱体中设有奇数挡输出轴。
    变速器六个档位的齿轮,分别布置在两个输出轴上,有效地有效的缩短了变速器的总体长度,一般一个传统五档变速器的长度在350-400mm之间,本实用新型变速器为六个档位,总长度不仅没有增加,反而还有明显的缩短,仅为319mm,这一特点为日后的实际应用带来很大的便利。
    作为优选,所述的奇数挡输入轴的端部连接有磁粉双离合器。
因此,本实用新型的一种磁粉双离合器六档自动变速器,结构简单,舒适性高,体积小。

1.一种磁粉双离合器六档自动变速器,其特征在于:包括箱体(1),所述的箱体(1)中设有奇数挡输入轴(2),所述的奇数挡输入轴(2)上套有输入轴传动齿轮(3),所述的箱体(1)中设有隅数挡输出轴(4),所述的隅数挡输出轴(4)上套有输出轴传动齿轮(5),所述的输入轴传动齿轮(3)与输出轴传动齿轮(5)相啮合,所述的箱体(1)中设有奇数挡输出轴(6)。
