Abstract

本实用新型关于一种用于雨刷的共用型连接元件，此连接元件具有一结合座，结合座包含一扣接部、从扣接部以相反方向形成一顶壁及相对顶壁形成二侧壁及一端壁，二侧壁设有对应的一穿孔，端壁延伸有一弹性片，弹性片末端具有和顶壁同平面的一凸部。借此，结合座使雨刷能便捷地与不同构型的雨刷臂连接，以增加雨刷适用范围的广泛性。

技术领域
本实用新型有关于一种雨刷的连接结构，尤指一种用于雨刷的共用型连接元件。
背景技术
一般汽车用的雨刷组设于汽车玻璃的外侧面，此雨刷结构大致将一雨刷条装设在一结合组件下方，再于结合组件上方连接一雨刷臂，以使雨刷臂经由结合组件带动雨刷条动作，同时雨刷臂会施加作用力于雨刷条，而让雨刷条确实稳定地紧贴于车窗玻璃上反复摆动，故能达到刮除车窗玻璃上附着的雨水或污泥。
目前市面上，因雨刷的功效不同，其构型也会不同，导致业者设计多种结合组件以配合雨刷臂及雨刷条。现有的结合组件主要包含一支撑件、一固定座及一结合件，支撑件用来固置雨刷条，固定座装设在支撑件上方，结合件组接在雨刷臂的末端，又固定座与结合件相互连接，借此达到雨刷臂经由结合组件，以带动雨刷条摆动。
然而，上述结合件配合雨刷臂，因此雨刷臂构型不同，其组接的结合件结构也会不同，导致雨刷零件业者，为配合不同客户，必需准备各种的结合件模具以满足客户需求，反而提高制造成本；另外，雨刷组装业者，则需要准备多种的结合件以组装雨刷，反而增加库存的成本，同时因零件种类过于复杂，也造成组装上耗工费时。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此，本实用新型遂针对上述现有技术，尽力解决上述问题。
本实用新型的目的，在于提供一种用于雨刷的共用型连接元件，其利用结合座使雨刷能便捷地与不同构型的雨刷臂连接，以达到增加雨刷的适用范围的广泛性。
本实用新型提供一种用于雨刷的共用型连接元件，该连接元件具有一结合座，该结合座包含一扣接部、从该扣接部以相反方向形成一顶壁及相对该顶壁形成二侧壁及一端壁，该二侧壁设有对应的一穿孔，该端壁延伸有一弹性片，该弹性片末端具有和该顶壁同平面布设的一凸部。
其中，该结合座于远离该凸块的一端延伸一突出盖。
优选地，该突出盖相对该顶壁及该侧壁形成有一周壁。
进一步优选地，该周壁末端和各该侧壁底端共同凸伸有一卡块。
优选地，该结合座于该扣接部邻近该突出盖的一侧设有二容室。
优选地，该结合座于该扣接部邻近该凸块的一侧设有二通室。
本实用新型还具有以下功效，结合座可选择性地结合不同构型的雨刷臂，且不需要额外配制其他的配件，使雨刷零件业者利用本实用新型的连接元件，即可与多种构型的雨刷臂连接，而不需要准备各种的结合件模具以满足客户需求，达到节省制造成本的功效；另外，雨刷组装业者，也不需要准备多种的结合件以组装雨刷，以降低库存成本及提高组装便利性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明，以使本领域的技术人员可以更好的理解本实用新型并能予以实施，但所举实施例不作为对本实用新型的限定。
请参考图1至图3所示，本实用新型提供一种用于雨刷的共用型连接元件，此连接元件主要包括一结合座1。
结合座1包含一扣接部11、从扣接部11以相反方向形成一顶壁12及相对顶壁12形成二侧壁13及一端壁14，二侧壁13设有对应的一穿孔131，端壁14延伸有一弹性片141，弹性片141末端具有和顶壁12同平面布设的一凸部142；又结合座1于远离凸块121的一端延伸一突出盖15，此突出盖15相对顶壁12及侧壁13形成有一周壁151，周壁151的末端和各侧壁13的底端共同凸伸有一卡块152；再者，结合座1于扣接部11邻近突出盖15的一侧设有二容室16，结合座1于扣接部11邻近凸块121的一侧设有二通室17。
请参考图5至图9所示，雨刷100包含雨刷条101、固置雨刷条101的支撑件102、装设在支撑件102上方的固定座103及第一雨刷臂104；其中固定座103具有一轴杆1031及形成在轴杆1031周围的一第一嵌固件1032及一第二嵌固件1033，第一嵌固件1032设置在轴杆1031的一侧，第二嵌固件1033设置在轴杆1031的另一侧，且各第二嵌固件1033设有一缺1034；第一雨刷臂104的顶部设有一开口1041及端部设有一第一卡固件1042及一第二卡固件1043。
借此，如图4至图5所示，本实用新型连接元件与第一雨刷臂104的组合是利用第一雨刷臂104套设在结合座1，当第一雨刷臂104对应顶壁12及侧壁13滑行时，第一雨刷臂104会压制凸部142，此时因凸部142自弹性片141末端凸伸，故弹性片141也会受力而弹性变形，而使凸部142的位置低于顶壁12，以供第一雨刷臂104滑行套设于结合座1；当第一雨刷臂104滑行至接触周壁151时，此时凸部142会对应开口1041设置，使凸部142不受力而恢复原位至与顶壁12同平面，达到凸部142与开口1041相互卡固，以让第一雨刷臂104经由凸部142被固定在结合座1上。另外，突出盖15会对应第一雨刷臂104嵌接，以共同套设在结合座1的外部。
又，如图6至图9所示，本实用新型连接元件与固定座103的组合是利用扣接部11对应轴杆1011扣合，各容室16对应一侧的第一嵌固件1032及第二嵌固件1033嵌固，各通室17对应另一侧的第一嵌固件1032及第二嵌固件1033套设，且端壁14对应缺口1034卡掣，以使结合座1稳定地连接在固定座103上方；另外，第一雨刷臂104的第一卡固件1042的水平移动方向会被限位在轴杆1011、第一嵌固件1032或第二嵌固件1033及卡块152之间，又第一卡固件1042会和结合座1下端相互卡掣，而使第一卡固件1042的垂直移动方向会被限位；第二卡固件1043的水平移动方向会被限位在轴杆1011及第一嵌固件1032或第二嵌固件1033之间，又第二卡固件1043会和结合座1下端相互卡掣，而使第二卡固件1043的垂直移动方向会被限位。因此，以达到结合座1、固定座103及第一雨刷臂104三者相互连接牵制而避免脱落或分离的发生，而增加本实用新型连接元件的组合稳定性。
再者，如图10至图13所示，为另一种外型的第一雨刷臂104，其与结合座1的组合同上述；此外，因固定座103两侧的第一嵌固件1032及第二嵌固件1033是相互对称，因此结合座1可转换不同的连接方向与固定座103组合，以使后续组装的左车型或右车型的第一雨刷臂104皆可固定在本实用新型连接元件上。
请参考图14至图16所示，是本实用新型连接元件与第二雨刷臂105的组合，雨刷100包含雨刷条101、固置雨刷条101的支撑件102、装设在支撑件102上方的固定座103及第二雨刷臂105，第二雨刷臂105具有一插销1051、一定位件1052及一挡块1053，插销1051穿设固定在穿孔131中，定位件1052呈L型板并对应结合座1的外部卡合，以避免插销1051脱离穿孔131，又挡块1053对应固定座103卡掣，而避免插销1051产生轴向位移，以达到第二雨刷臂105稳定地连接在结合座1。
故，如图4至图16所示，本实用新型结合座1可选择性地经由凸部142或穿孔131结合不同构型的第一雨刷臂104或第二雨刷臂105，且不需要额外配制其他的配件，使雨刷零件业者利用本实用新型连接元件，即可与多种构型的雨刷臂连接，而不需要准备各种的结合件模具以满足客户需求，达到节省制造成本的功效；另外，雨刷组装业者，也不需要准备多种的结合件以组装雨刷，达到降低库存成本及提高组装便利性的目的。
以上所述实施例仅是为充分说明本实用新型而所举的较佳的实施例，本实用新型的保护范围不限于此。本技术领域的技术人员在本实用新型基础上所作的等同替代或变换，均在本实用新型的保护范围之内。本实用新型的保护范围以权利要求书为准。

1.一种用于雨刷的共用型连接元件，其特征在于，该连接元件具有一结合座，该结合座包含一扣接部、从该扣接部以相反方向形成一顶壁及相对该顶壁形成二侧壁及一端壁，该二侧壁设有对应的一穿孔，该端壁延伸有一弹性片，该弹性片末端具有和该顶壁同平面布设的一凸部。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于雨刷的共用型连接元件，其特征在于，该结合座于远离该凸块的一端延伸一突出盖。
3.如权利要求2所述的用于雨刷的共用型连接元件，其特征在于，该突出盖相对该顶壁及该侧壁形成有一周壁。
4.如权利要求3所述的用于雨刷的共用型连接元件，其特征在于，该周壁末端和各该侧壁底端共同凸伸有一卡块。
5.如权利要求2所述的用于雨刷的共用型连接元件，其特征在于，该结合座于该扣接部邻近该突出盖的一侧设有二容室。
6.如权利要求2所述的用于雨刷的共用型连接元件，其特征在于，该结合座于该扣接部邻近该凸块的一侧设有二通室。
