目前，我国广泛使用的自行车后架货物固定装置，是由平面结构的架体和一个安装在架体后端能向前开合的固定夹组成，用来夹持货物。由于学生的书包较重，在自行车行驶过程中，特别是转弯时，自行车向左或向右倾斜摇摆，常常将书包从自行车后架上向左侧或右侧甩出，给骑行者造成不便；为解决这一问题，需要用绳子将书包捆绑在自行车后架上，但操作起来费时，费力。

本实用新型的目的在于克服上述技术不足，提供一种操作省时，省力，夹持牢固的自行车后架书包固定装置。
为达到以上目的，本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：该自行车后架书包固定装置，由架体和固定夹构成，其特征在于固定夹设相对开合的左、右两个，分别设在架体的左邦和右邦，防止书包从架体上向两边甩出，固定夹由固定板、持紧夹和弹簧构成，在架体的左邦和右邦内侧分别设两个铰轴座，通过铰轴与固定板的一个边铰接，在固定板的另一边设持紧夹，在铰轴上设弹簧，弹簧对固定板向内施加压力，以夹紧物体。本实用新型还通过如下措施实施：所述的持紧夹上可设两个弧形凸，使夹持的书包更牢固；所述的弹簧可用钢丝制作，将一段钢丝从中间对折后固定在卷轴上，滚动卷轴制成，使弹簧两端的弹力方向一致。
