本实用新型公开一种橡胶磨粉机送料机构,其主要由电机、螺杆轴、螺旋叶片和绞龙管组成;其中绞龙管上设有进料口和出料口、并置于螺杆轴的外侧;电机与螺杆轴相连;所述螺旋叶片倾斜环绕于螺杆轴上,且螺旋叶片与螺杆轴的倾斜夹角介于43°~47°之间。所述螺旋叶片的横向间距介于5.2cm~5.5cm之间。本实用新型能够快速、顺畅将橡胶颗粒送达磨盘,杜绝因送料机构卡死而停机事件的发生,从而大幅度提升研磨和粉碎效果。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种输送设备,具体涉及橡胶粉生产过程中所使用的橡胶磨粉机送料机构。 
背景技术
橡胶粉是橡胶粉末的简称,其一般由废旧轮胎等废旧橡胶加工而成。产品广泛用于体育塑胶运动场、游乐场、橡胶地砖、防水卷材、防水涂料、公路改性沥青、橡胶制品等领域。传统的废旧橡胶的磨粉机主要由机架、电机、送料机构、调节机构及一对动磨盘和定磨盘等组成。其中,送料机构通过送料电机带动,将磨粉机料斗中经过粗碎的废旧橡胶经由送料机构送入动磨盘和定磨盘之间,通过两磨盘的相对运动,将磨盘端面间的废旧橡胶剪切、研磨而达到粉碎之目的。 
由于磨粉机在废旧橡胶处理过程中所需实现的目的是将经粗碎后所获得的废旧橡胶粗粉研磨得更细,因此可以理解为磨粉机工作的效率决定着整条生产线的工作效果。而在磨粉机的整个结构中,对磨粉机工作产生较大影响的是送料机构和磨盘。众所周知,橡胶具有比较大的弹性和蠕动性,在送料机构设计和生产上一定要遵循橡胶的这两大特性,如果将设计理念与生产其它材料的产品的送料机构相等同,在实际工作应用中橡胶颗粒就会因为在送料机构运动中产生上、下、左、右四个方向的作用力,在四个方向的作用力平衡的情况下,送料机构中的橡胶颗粒就处于动态的静止状态,这样的状态持续5秒中后就会卡死送料机构而停机。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种橡胶磨粉机送料机构,它能够快速、顺畅将橡胶颗粒送达磨盘,杜绝因送料机构卡死而停机事件的发生,从而大幅度提升研磨和粉碎效果。 
为解决上述问题,本实用新型所设计的橡胶磨粉机送料机构,其主要由电机、螺杆轴、螺旋叶片和绞龙管组成;其中绞龙管上设有进料口和出料口、并置于螺杆轴的外侧;电机与螺杆轴相连;所述螺旋叶片倾斜环绕于螺杆轴上,且螺旋叶片与螺杆轴的倾斜夹角介于43°~47°之间。 
上述方案中,所述螺旋叶片与螺杆轴的倾斜夹角最好为47°。 
上述方案中,所述螺旋叶片的横向间距介于5.2cm~5.5cm之间。 
上述方案中,所述螺旋叶片的横向间距最好为5.5cm。 
与现有技术相比,本实用新型在设计时采集了大量的生产数据,测定橡 胶颗粒的弹性和张力系数。通过改变送料螺旋与螺杆的倾斜夹角的焊接角度,减少橡胶颗粒向上和向下的作用力;通过加大螺旋叶片的螺距,拓宽橡胶颗粒向前输送的通道,减少螺旋叶片的数量,减少橡胶颗粒输送距离;橡胶颗粒顺畅高效的送到磨盘后,大大提高生产效率。并且彻底杜绝因送料机构卡死而停机的事件发生。

具体实施方式
参见图1,本实用新型所设计的一种橡胶磨粉机送料机构,其主要由电机1、螺杆轴2、螺旋叶片3和绞龙管4组成。其中绞龙管4上设有进料口4-1和出料口4-2、并置于螺杆轴2的外侧。电机1与螺杆轴2相连。所述螺旋叶片3倾斜环绕于螺杆轴2上,且螺旋叶片3与螺杆轴2的倾斜夹角α即螺旋叶片3的平面与螺杆轴2的中轴线之间的夹角介于43°~47°之间。在本实用新型优选实施例中,所述螺旋叶片3与螺杆轴2的倾斜夹角α为47°。本实用新型在设计时采集了大量的生产数据,并通过测定橡胶颗粒的弹性和张力系数后,获得螺旋叶片3与螺杆轴2的倾斜夹角α的优选值,该倾斜夹角α角度能够有助于橡胶料的送入,有效减少橡胶颗粒向上和向下的作用力。 
为了能够有效拓宽橡胶颗粒向前输送的通道,本实用新型还对螺旋叶片3的横向间距L即螺距进行了限定,使其横向间距L介于5.2cm~5.5cm之间。在本实用新型优选实施例中,所述螺旋叶片3的横向间距L为5.5cm。当螺旋叶片3的横向间距L确定时,螺旋杆轴线上的叶片数即能够相应的确定,这样在加大螺旋叶片3间距的同时,也减少了螺杆轴2上叶片环绕的密度,从而能够有效减少橡胶颗粒传送的距离,提高生产效率。 
工作时,电机1带动螺杆轴2旋转,螺旋杆上的叶片也随之转动。橡胶颗粒从绞龙管4上设有进料口4-1中投入后,通过螺旋叶片3的不停转动搅拌,橡胶物料随之传送至绞龙管4上设有出料口4-2处。由于螺旋叶片3与螺杆轴2的倾斜夹角α发生了改变,能够有效减小减少橡胶颗粒向上和向下的作用力,从而使得橡胶颗粒在运动中所产生的上、下、左、右四个方向的作用力呈现非平衡状态,因而有效避免了橡胶物料卡死而导致送料机构停机。

1.橡胶磨粉机送料机构,其主要由电机(1)、螺杆轴(2)、螺旋叶片(3)和绞龙管(4)组成;其中绞龙管(4)上设有进料口(4-1)和出料口(4-2)、并置于螺杆轴(2)的外侧;电机(1)与螺杆轴(2)相连;其特征在于:所述螺旋叶片(3)倾斜环绕于螺杆轴(2)上,且螺旋叶片(3)与螺杆轴(2)的倾斜夹角(α)介于43°~47°之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶磨粉机送料机构,其特征在于:所述螺旋叶片(3)与螺杆轴(2)的倾斜夹角(α)为47°。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的橡胶磨粉机送料机构,其特征在于:所述螺旋叶片(3)的横向间距(L)介于5.2cm~5.5cm之间。
4.根据权利要求3所述的橡胶磨粉机送料机构,其特征在于:所述螺旋叶片(3)的横向间距(L)为5.5cm。
