Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种可以兼顾载人载物和越野性能的新型综合车型设计——变形皮卡吉普车。该新型车由前车厢,可移动后备厢,后车厢组成,并且包括前后轨道系统(含齿轮与电机自动移动系统),可折叠前厢板,两侧升降窗,和可折叠后厢板等附属结构。所述可移动后备厢的前端平时隐藏在驾驶室车顶下方并与之重叠,后端与驾驶室后方衔接,成为皮卡车型。当需要成为吉普型时,可移动后备厢向后延伸,并与车后端衔接,两侧升降窗升起而封闭可移动后备厢与驾驶室之间形成的空间。同时,前厢板放平,驾驶室与后车厢相通,加设可折叠座椅,形成有三排座椅,可以乘坐八人的整车型。因此,采用本实用新型的可移动后备厢变形结构后,可以综合两类车型的特点,使车主既享受皮卡车的装载拖运功能,又可以领略吉普车的载人和越野风采。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种新型皮卡(家庭货车)与吉普车(SUV)结合的新型车形设计,综合两种车的实用功能,属于车辆设计技术领域。这是一种运用崭新的理念与实用功能结合的革命性的家庭及公司用车设计,实现一车多用,节约能源,保护环境。
背景技术
现有皮卡车的主要功能是装载中小型货物和拖挂中小型拖车,但是在实际运用中,很大部分时间是用于载客(所以两排座的设计很普遍)。而吉普车(运动型多用途车)的主要功能是载人和在山地野外行驶。两种车的底盘高低和功率大小都比较接近。基于它们的结构性能和使用的相同与差异,特别考虑将两种车特点合二为一。作者大量观察了北美的实情,结合中国发展的趋势,特地设计了这种综合型车型。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于:针对以上现有两种车型的特点和不足,提出一种可以兼顾载人载物和越野性能的新型变形式皮卡吉普车(英文称为SuperV)。
本变形式皮卡吉普车,包括驾驶室和后车厢,所述驾驶室和后车厢之间设有可移动后备厢。该可移动后备厢的特征在于其前顶端为两侧略成弧形的平板,伸至驾驶室顶端下方,后端呈斜坡状,与后车厢衔接。该可移动后备厢通过与附设的前后轨道加齿轮电机自动移动系统,可折叠前厢板,和两侧自动升降窗的一起运作,前后移动,实现皮卡与吉普车的相互转换。所述可移动后备厢的前顶端平时隐藏在驾驶室车顶下方并与之重叠,后端与驾驶室后方衔接,成为皮卡车型。当需要成为吉普型时,可移动后备厢向后延伸,并与车后端衔接卡合,两侧升降(玻璃)窗升起而封闭可移动后备厢的前端及上端与驾驶室后端之间形成的空间。这样,整车形同吉普车。同时,前厢板向前或者向后放平,驾驶室即与后车厢相通。如果后车厢加设可折叠平躺座椅,整个车可以有三排座椅,乘坐八人。
因此,采用本实用新型的可移动后备厢变形结构后,可以综合两类车型的特点,使车主既享受皮卡车的装载拖运功能,又可以领略吉普车的载人和越野风采。

具体实施方式
实施例一:
皮卡车型:本实施例平时近似普通皮卡车。所述可移动后备厢的前顶端为两侧略成弧型的平板,平时沿轨道滑入并且隐藏在驾驶室车顶下方,与其成重叠状(图1,3)。其后端成斜坡状,与驾驶室后方衔接,如此成为完整的皮卡车前车厢(图1,3)。其后车厢用于装货。
实施例二:
吉普车型:当需要成为吉普型时,可移动后备厢沿两侧后车厢板上端的轨道向后移动,直至与后车厢尾端衔接并且卡合,同时位于两侧后车厢板内的升降(玻璃)窗升起,封闭 可移动后备厢(的前端及上端)与驾驶室(后端)之间形成的空间。这样,整车形同吉普车(图2,4)。此时,前厢板(向前或者向后)放平,驾驶室即与后车厢相通。如果后车厢加设可折叠平躺座椅,整个车可以有三排座椅,乘坐八人(图7)。
通过可移动后备厢的移动,加上升降窗与前后厢板的配合,整个车体实现了两种车型的结合与转变。
设计要点说明:
1.前车厢要求设计为两排座位:根据该车型特点,前车厢需设计为两排座位,即前排乘坐驾驶员和一位乘客,后排乘坐两到三位乘客,既可以多载客,其车厢顶又与可移动后备厢的前顶端的长度吻合。(图7)
2.车顶与车厢板轨道的设计及自动移动设备:可移动后备厢的前顶端与前车厢的顶部之间有轨道和齿轮及微型电机,通过自动操作使可移动后备厢前后移动。后车厢板的上端亦设有轨道,使可移动后备厢的后下端与该轨道接触和并前后滑动。(图6)
3.后车厢板设计及与车轮顶的高度的协调:两后车厢板均设计为夹层,夹层中为升降玻璃,升降玻璃升起时必须封闭车厢板与车顶的间隙。平时升降玻璃隐藏在后车厢板内,上端与车厢板上端平齐,下端不低于后车轮挡板上方的弧线,故车厢板与车轮挡板顶端的高度必须设计合理,达到以上要求。(图5)
4.前车厢板可以向前放平,放平后与后车厢底板平齐,这样驾驶室即可与后车厢相通(图2)。
5.后车厢中部可以附加设计一排座椅,座椅平时躺下,与后车厢底板平齐,需要使用时将其竖起载客,此时相当于商务车的后排座。(图7)
6.可移动后备厢的后窗设计:该后窗可以单独闭合开启,以适合装载长件物品等灵活需要。(图8)
Claims (4)
1.一种新型变形式皮卡吉普车,包括驾驶室和后车厢,所述驾驶室和后车厢之间设有可移动后备厢,其特征在于:所述可移动后备厢前顶端为两侧略成弧形的平板,伸至驾驶室顶端下方,后端呈斜坡状,与后车厢衔接;所述可移动后备厢通过与附设的前后轨道加齿轮电机自动移动系统,可折叠前厢板,和两侧自动升降窗的一起运作,前后移动,实现皮卡与吉普车的相互转换。
2.根据权利要求1所述变形式皮卡吉普车,其特征在于:该可移动后备厢的前端平时隐藏在驾驶室车顶下方并与之重叠,后端与驾驶室后方衔接,成为皮卡车型。
3.根据权利要求2所述变形式皮卡吉普车,其特征在于:可移动后备厢向后延伸,并与车后端衔接,两侧升降窗升起而封闭可移动后备厢的前端及上端与驾驶室后端之间的空间,成为吉普车型。
4.根据权利要求3所述变形式皮卡吉普车,其特征在于:前厢板放平,驾驶室与后车厢相通,后车厢加设可折叠座椅,整个车可以有三排座椅。
