背景技术
现有的散热器，为单个压铸散热片形式，小压机只能制造长度较小的散热片，对于大长度、大规格产品的制造，需要大压机，对于很多小企业而言，投资大，无法承受。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理，制造方便的多段式复合散热器。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：
一种多段式复合散热器，包括暖气片，其特征是：暖气片在长度方向依次有片头段、片中段、片尾段，片头段、片尾段均为独立压铸体形式，片头段、片中段、片尾段在接缝处连接成一体。
片中段为独立压铸件。片中段为铝型材，且铝型材的两端分别嵌入片头段、片尾段中。
本实用新型结构合理，暖气片分成可以独立压铸制造的多段，仅需小压机就可以制造大规格散热片，工作效果好。

具体实施方式
一种多段式复合散热器，包括暖气片，暖气片在长度方向依次有片头段1、片中段2、片尾段3，片头段1、片尾段3均为独立压铸体形式，片头段、片中段、片尾段在接缝处连接成一体。
片中段2为独立压铸件。
或者片中段2为铝型材，且铝型材的两端分别嵌入片头段、片尾段中。散热器中的水道可以为单水道、双水道形式。

1. 一种多段式复合散热器，包括暖气片，其特征是：暖气片在长度方向依次有片头段、片中段、片尾段，片头段、片尾段均为独立压铸体形式，片头段、片中段、片尾段在接缝处连接成一体。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的多段式复合散热器，其特征是：片中段为独立压铸件。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的多段式复合散热器，其特征是：片中段为铝型材，且铝型材的两端分别嵌入片头段、片尾段中。
