本实用新型涉及用于钢卷翻转的过料车。其主要由倾翻架、传动架、传动架上的摆线针轮减速机、摆线针轮减速机上的链轮一、过料车本体、过料车本体上的托架组成。其在倾翻架宽度方向的两端沿倾翻架的内侧装有齿条，在过料车本体上连接与倾翻架上的齿条相啮合的齿轮，齿轮的传动轴上装有链轮二，传动轴通过支座与过料车本体连接，链轮一与链轮二之间装有链条。本实用新型倾翻架运行安全、稳定，钢卷不易掉落，且结构简单，维护方便，工序短、生产效率高。

本实用新型涉及物料移动用设备，具体属于用于钢卷翻转的过料车。
背景技术
目前工矿所使用的过料车主要是依靠链轮传动。其由于链条悬挂在倾翻架弧型轨道面上，并固定在倾翻架两端，链条与链轮在链条的中间啮合。由于这种结构及传动方式的原因，导致其存在：当过料车的倾翻架在传动力作用下开始倾翻时，倾翻架摆动幅度较大，放在倾翻架上的钢卷会产生晃动，有随时掉下的可能；再在运转时易造成倾翻架与链条旋转中心不同心，链轮与链条啮合受力不均匀易造成倾翻架跑偏，使碰擦传动机架及链条悬挂端的固定耳子受力后经常产生拉断现象，甚至造成重大的翻卷事故。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种倾翻架运行安全、稳定，钢卷不易掉落，且结构简单，维护方便的用于钢卷翻转的过料车。
实现上述目的的技术措施：
用于钢卷翻转的过料车，主要由倾翻架、传动架、传动架上的摆线针轮减速机、摆线针轮减速机上的链轮一、过料车本体、过料车本体上的托架组成，其在于：在倾翻架宽度方向的两端沿倾翻架的内侧装有齿条，在过料车本体上连接与倾翻架上的齿条相啮合的齿轮，齿轮的传动轴上装有链轮二，传动轴通过支座与过料车本体连接，链轮一与链轮二之间装有链条。
其特征在于：在过料车本体上连接齿轮座，齿轮与齿轮座连接。
本实用新型的特点在于倾翻架运行安全、稳定，钢卷不易掉落，且结构简单，维护方便，工序短、生产效率高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图做进一步描述：
用于钢卷翻转的过料车，主要由倾翻架1、传动架2、传动架2上的摆线针轮减速机3、摆线针轮减速机3上的链轮一12、过料车本体4、过料车本体4上的托架5组成。在倾翻架1宽度方向的两端沿倾翻架1的内侧通过螺栓装有两条平行的齿条6；在过料车本体4上与齿条6相对应处采用焊接或螺栓连接齿轮座7，在齿轮座7上通过传动轴8连接与齿条6啮合的齿轮9，齿轮9装在传动轴8上，传动轴8通过支座13与过料车本体4连接；在传动轴8上紧配合套装有链轮二11；在链轮一12与链轮二11之间连接链条10。
在齿条6与对应的齿轮9啮合传动下，带动倾翻架1在0～120°范围内向左或右旋转，而实现对钢卷的翻转，且倾翻架1在0～120°范围内任何角度位置均可翻转。

1.用于钢卷翻转的过料车，主要由倾翻架、传动架、传动架上的摆线针轮减速机、摆线针轮减速机上的链轮一、过料车本体、过料车本体上的托架组成，其特征在于：在倾翻架宽度方向的两端沿倾翻架的内侧装有齿条，在过料车本体上连接与倾翻架上的齿条相啮合的齿轮，齿轮的传动轴上装有链轮二，传动轴通过支座与过料车本体连接，链轮一与链轮二之间装有链条。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于钢卷翻转的过料车，其特征在于：在过料车本体上连接齿轮座，齿轮与齿轮座连接。
