本实用新型涉及一种高精度磨齿装置,属于机械制造技术领域。 
背景技术
目前,在齿轮磨齿加工过程中,定位基准通常采用齿轮内孔。为便于装夹,机床定位芯轴与工件内孔要有一定间隙,这样就会产生齿圈径向跳动等加工误差。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于,提供一种高精度齿轮的磨齿装置,既可以便于工件装夹,又可以消除工件内孔与机床定位芯轴间的间隙,从而提高齿轮的加工精度。 
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:该装置由上细牙螺母、工件、弹簧衬套、下细牙螺母、磨齿芯轴组成,其特征是:上细牙螺母、弹簧衬套、下细牙螺母套在磨齿芯轴上,工件套在弹簧衬套上。 
由于采用上述技术方案,本实用新型具有有优点和积极效果是:消除了齿轮磨齿时工件内孔与磨齿芯轴间的间隙,大大减小了齿轮加工的误差,提高了齿轮加工精度。

如图1所示,本实用新型中上细牙螺母1、弹簧衬套3、下细牙螺母4套在磨齿芯轴5上,工件2套在弹簧衬套3上,上细牙螺母1向下旋转过程中使弹簧衬套3外径涨大,从而消除间隙,图2是弹簧衬套的主视图,图3是弹簧衬套的俯视图。
