本实用新型涉及一种高精度插齿装置,属于机械制造技术领域。 
背景技术
目前,在齿轮轴插齿加工过程中,定位基准通常采用齿轮轴外圆。为便于装夹,机床定位元件内孔与工件外圆要有一定间隙,这样就会产生齿圈径向跳动等加工误差。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于,提供一种高精度齿轮轴的插齿装置,既可以便于工件装夹,又可以消除工件外圆与机床定位元件内孔间的间隙,从而提高齿轮的加工精度。 
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:该装置由厚六角螺母、插齿定位元件、工件组成,其特征是:厚六角螺母套在插齿定位元件上,工件放在插齿定位元件内孔中。 
由于采用上述技术方案,本实用新型具有有优点和积极效果是:消除了齿轮轴插齿时工件外圆与插齿定位元件内孔间的间隙,大大减小了齿轮加工的误差,提高了齿轮加工精度。

如图1所示,本实用新型中厚六角螺母套在插齿定位元件上,工件放在插齿定位元件内孔中,通过旋转厚六角螺母使插齿定位元件内孔缩小从而消除间隙,图2是插齿定位元件的剖视图,图3是插齿定位元件的外形图,图4是插齿定位元件的俯视图。
