背景技术
汽车工业的发展，以及人们生活水平的提高，汽车已逐步成为人们的代步工具.川流不息的车辆，却给我们的空气环境，造成了严重的污染.为了能减少这样的污染，因此产生了尾气净化装置；尾气净化装置它的前端，是直接连接在发动机的排气连接口上，中间部位是净化系统，末端是尾部排气口，在所述中间的净化系统里的陶瓷芯上需要涂敷催化剂，传统的涂敷装置存在涂敷不均匀，浪费催化剂等不足。

本实用新型提供一种能均匀快速地涂敷催化剂、且能将多余的催化剂回收的微孔涂敷装置。 
本实用新型解决技术问题提供如下方案： 
一种微孔涂敷装置，包括支架、积液罐，所述积液罐安装在所述的支架上，所述积液罐顶部设有密封盖，所述密封盖中心位置开有阶梯孔，所述积液罐侧壁上设有抽气孔，所述抽气孔联通抽气管道，所述抽气管道联通抽气装置，所述积液罐底部设有排液管道。 
所述积液罐的侧壁上安装有压力表。 
本实用新型在积液罐的顶端设有阶梯孔，在进行涂敷时，先将待涂敷的陶瓷芯浸入催化剂中，再将陶瓷块放入到阶梯孔中，打开抽气装置，同时积液罐内就会形成负压，积液罐就会从台阶孔向内吸气，这样陶瓷芯上附着的催化剂就会顺着陶瓷芯中的微孔向下流入到积液罐中，这样有利地保证了涂敷催化剂均匀，且能保证将多余的催化剂收集再利用。
