背景技术
随着汽车行业的飞速发展，对汽车内饰件的质量要求也越来越高。汽车顶棚用复合板是汽车的主要内饰件材料之一。现有的汽车顶棚复合基材采用的是PU板或PP木粉板。其制备生产过程中，会使用到苯，对人体危害较大，且不符合环保要求。另外，对于顶棚需要具有较好的隔热、隔音效果，现有的顶棚用复合板，其在行驶过程中容易与其他配件碰撞产生噪音，且隔热性能不好，很难满足使用要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种无毒环保、隔热隔音性能好的汽车顶棚用麻纤维复合板。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种汽车顶棚用麻纤维复合板，它是以PU层为中间层，在其上下表面均复合麻纤维板，所述麻纤维板均为三层结构，所述麻纤维板是麻纤维毡层以为中间层，其上下表面复合无纺布层。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：
本实用新型中间层采用PU层，上下表面采用麻纤维板，隔热隔音效果好，麻纤维板绿色环保，且强度高。无纺布层起到辅助拉伸作用，提高其强度，不采用任何粘结材料，无有毒物质排放，绿色环保。
