本实用新型涉及一种面包车车身护板，属于汽车内饰件技术领域。其特征在于：它是以麻纤维板（3）为基层，所述麻纤维板（3）上表面通过胶水层（2）粘附有皮革层（1），所述麻纤维板（3）为三层机构，其中间层为麻纤维毡层（3.2），其上下表层均为PE膜层（3.1）。本实用新型采用麻纤维板作为基板，挺度高、无毒环保、且成本低，麻纤维板表面采用PE膜层，PE膜层表面光滑，易于与其它材料粘合，且喷胶时，胶水不会进入麻纤维毡层中，无残留。其重量轻，在行驶过程中不会与其他配件碰撞产生噪音，且隔热性能不好。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种面包车车身护板，主要用做汽车内饰件的复合基材，也可以用做家具、建材、包装等的基材。
背景技术
随着汽车行业的飞速发展，对汽车内饰件的质量要求也越来越高。车身护板是汽车的主要内饰件之一，其内在质量尤为重要。现有的面包车车身护板，它是以PU层板或PP木粉板作为复合基材，在其表面包覆皮革制得。复合基材在制备生产过程中，会使用到苯，对人体危害较大，不符合环保要求。且常规的其强度低、在行驶过程中容易与其他配件碰撞产生噪音，且隔热性能不好。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种强度高、无毒环保、无噪音且隔热性能好的面包车车身护板。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种面包车车身护板，它是以麻纤维板为基层，所述麻纤维板上表面通过胶水层粘附皮革层，所述麻纤维板为三层机构，其中间层为麻纤维毡层，其上下表层均为PE膜层。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：
本实用新型，采用麻纤维板作为基板，挺度高、无毒环保、且成本低，麻纤维板表面采用PE膜层，PE膜层表面光滑，易于与其它材料粘合，且喷胶时，胶水不会进入麻纤维毡层中，无残留。其重量轻，在行驶过程中不会与其他配件碰撞产生噪音，且隔热性能不好。
