背景技术
拉森钢板桩在基坑围护中的已较普遍，但常遇到部分基坑变形较大，这种情况下拉森钢板桩的变形较大，拔出回收后后下一次难以再使用，只能报废，损耗较大。
发明内容
本实用新型克服了上述现有技术中存在的不足，提供了一种减小损耗，节约型钢，增加拉森钢板桩的重复使用次数的整形装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：
一种拉森钢板桩的整形装置，包括支架，与拉森钢板桩形状、大小相匹配的上模、下模，所述支架是由竖梁、顶梁组成，在顶梁上设有底座，在底座上竖直倒置设有千斤顶，千斤顶的顶杆与上模相连。
作为优选，在底座上设有1个千斤顶，所述的千斤顶移动地安装在底座上。使用时，在下模放上待整形的拉森钢板，然后控制千斤顶，使顶杆带动上模下压拉森钢板，整形好一段拉森钢板后，再移动千斤顶到另一个位置，重复上述操作，直至将整段拉森钢板整形完毕。
作为优选，在底座上并排固定设有多个千斤顶，每个千斤顶下方的上模的长度之和等于下模的长度。使用时，在下模放上待整形的拉森钢板，然后控制千斤顶，使顶杆下移，对一个拉森钢板的多段进行同时整形，效率比较高。
采用了上述技术方案的本实用新型的有益效果是：
采用了本实用新型的整形装置后，在下模放上待整形的拉森钢板，然后控制千斤顶，使顶杆带动上模下压拉森钢板，上下模合模后可将拉森钢板整形完毕。本实用新型的整形装置，对变形拉森钢板桩进行整形，修复率高，节约型钢，使用简单方便。

实施例1：一种拉森钢板桩的整形装置，包括支架，与拉森钢板桩形状、大小相匹配的上模3、下模4，所述支架是由竖梁1、顶梁2组成，在顶梁2上设有底座5，在底座5上竖直倒置设有1个千斤顶6，并且所述的千斤顶6移动地安装在底座5上，千斤顶6的顶杆7与上模3相连。
实施例2：本实施例与实施例1的不同在于，在底座5上并排固定设有多个千斤顶6，每个千斤顶6下方分别连接有1个上模3，这些上模3的长度之和等于下模4的长度。

1.一种拉森钢板桩的整形装置，其特征是：包括支架，与拉森钢板桩形状、大小相匹配的上模、下模，所述支架是由竖梁、顶梁组成，在顶梁上设有底座，在底座上竖直倒置设有千斤顶，千斤顶的顶杆与上模相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种拉森钢板桩的整形装置，其特征是：在底座上设有1个千斤顶，所述的千斤顶移动地安装在底座上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种拉森钢板桩的整形装置，其特征是：在底座上并排固定设有多个千斤顶，每个千斤顶下方的上模的长度之和等于下模的长度。
