目前浮法玻璃生产线应用十分广泛，其中传动方式大多采用皮带轮的结构，皮带轮外侧采用了半封闭式罩壳，但是在生产过程中还是有少量玻璃碎屑进入到罩壳内，当罩壳内的玻璃碎屑越积越多后，就会进入皮带与皮带轮之间，容易导致皮带断裂。
