Abstract

本实用新型的技术方案是,一种三头螺纹元件,其特征在于:该螺纹元件的大径和小径中心线重合,但二者的中心线与其旋转中心有一偏心距。由于大径、小径中心线与旋转中心之间有了这个偏心距,使得螺纹元件在机筒内旋转时,始终只有一个螺棱与机筒内壁保持较小的间隙,另外两条螺棱都与机筒内壁保持大间隙,这样就使得物料受到的剪切作用相对于普通三头螺纹元件来说就要减小很多,物料发热较少,特别适用于一些热敏性物料;另外,由于大径和小径与旋转中心不同心,所以导致该螺纹元件的大径与小径的比值较低,在相同工艺条件下,物料的填充程度要高于普通的三头螺纹元件,这样就可以在低速下获得高产量,使能耗减少。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种螺纹元件,特别涉及一种用于双螺杆挤出机的三头螺纹元件。 
背景技术
在双螺杆挤出机中,螺纹元件对物料具有输送、剪切、混炼等作用,按其头数可分为单头、双头、和多头。在相同导程内,单头螺纹元件的螺槽容积更大,但是由于其突棱数目少,所以对物料的剪切作用相比于双头和多头来说就要小得多,对物料的混炼效果就很差,在双螺杆挤出机中应用也很少;双头和多头螺纹元件由于其突棱数目的增加,螺槽容积减小,产量会下降,但是对物料的剪切和混合作用增强,在双螺杆挤出机中应用较广泛。但是在一些特殊的应用场合,普通双头和三头的功能还达不到物料生产的工艺要求。如一些热敏性物料,既要保证好的混炼效果,又要获得高产量。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是:为双螺杆挤出机提供一种剪切发热少、混炼效果好、能耗少的偏心三头螺纹元件。 
本实用新型的技术方案是,一种三头螺纹元件,其特征在于:该螺纹元件的大径和小径中心线重合,但二者的中心线与其旋转中心(也就是花键中心)有一偏心距。 
本实用新型的附加技术方案如下: 
优选地,所述的螺纹元件为积木式安装。
优选地,所述螺纹元件在芯轴上对应的安装相位是唯一的。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于大径、小径中心线与旋转中心之间有了这个偏心距,使得螺纹元件在机筒内旋转时,始终只有一个螺棱与机筒内壁保持较小的间隙,另外两条螺棱都与机筒内壁保持大间隙,这样就使得物料受到的剪切作用相对于普通三头螺纹元件来说就要减小很多,物料发热较少,特别适用于一些热敏性物料;另外,由于大径和小径与旋转中心不同心,所以导致该螺纹元件的OD/ID(大径与小径的比值)较低,在相同工艺条件下,物料的填充程度要高于普通的三头螺纹元件,这样就可以在低速下获得高产量,使能耗减少。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的具体实施例1,如图1和图2所示,一种偏心三头螺纹元件安装在筒体7内,其大径圆6和小径圆4的中心3同心,大径圆6和小径圆4之间有过渡圆弧5,该螺纹元件的旋转中心2,也是花键的中心,该螺纹元件的花键连齿中心1用于定位螺纹元件在芯轴上的相位,此花键连齿能确保螺纹元件的安装相位不会出错。中心3和旋转中心2之间有偏心距。 
本例的螺旋元件4的工作如图3所示: 
a) 为初始位置,a)至i)为该螺纹元件逆向向内每旋转45°的相位示意图。从图中可以看出,在该螺纹元件旋转的过程中,始终只有一条螺棱与机筒内壁保持正常的小间隙,两外两条螺棱与机筒的间隙都比正常间隙要大。这样就使得物料在机筒内受到的剪切作用比普通三头螺纹元件要小,剪切发热就少,这特别适用于一些热敏性物料。
如图4所示为本实施例中的偏心三头;图5所示为普通三头。从图4和图5比较可以看出,同规格的偏心三头的OD/ID(大径与小径的比值)较之普通三头要小。在相同工艺条件下,偏心三头的物料填充程度要高于普通三头螺纹元件,这样就可以在低速下获得高产量,使能耗减少。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的三头螺纹元件,其特征在于:所述螺纹元件在芯轴上对应的安装相位是唯一的。
