    本实用新型属于苎麻生产设备领域，特别涉及到一种高速并条机皮辊加湿装置。
背景技术：
苎麻生产过程中，需要将从苎麻中分离出的苎麻纤维条通过并条机，轧制成类似布匹的长卷，然后再进入其他程序加工；而现有的并条机皮辊长时间使用时，总会有多余的细小纤维堆积在皮辊两侧，一段时间后就必须停机清理，否则不但会影响产品质量，严重时会卡住转动的皮辊，造成设备故障或伤到工人，因此设想提供一种装置来解决这一问题。
发明内容：
    本实用新型的目的就是提供一种高速并条机皮辊加湿装置，通过在皮辊上端安装喷水头，并在皮辊下端设置回收水槽，一方面能够将多余的细小纤维冲离设备，保证了生产安全，另一方面将废水回收利用，降低了生产成本。
本实用新型采用的技术方案为：
