技术领域：本实用新型具体涉及一种具有过滤功能的自洁式喂料斗。
背景技术：目前，双螺杆挤出机挤出改性塑料时，需使用喂料斗下粉状填料，粉状填料容易粘在喂料斗侧壁上，引起“架桥”现象，而且粉状中粘结的大块物料，也会导致下料不通畅，甚至堵塞不能下料，影响生产线的喂料精度及稳定性。
发明内容：本实用新型的目的是提供一种具有能过滤物料，下料通畅，料斗中无残留的自洁式喂料斗。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种自洁式喂料斗，由锥型料斗体组成，其特征是：在锥型料斗体内腔中间设有一不锈钢过滤网，料斗体下端出料口处设有放料阀，一侧外壁上设有气动振荡器。
由于采用上述技术方案，物料经过滤网过滤后，一定尺寸的大块被隔离在滤网上，同时由于振荡器振荡作用，粘在喂料斗侧壁上的物料能快速自由下落，无法堆积在其侧壁上，因而具有能过滤物料，下料通畅，料斗中无残留的优点。
