    本实用新型提出一种注射机射嘴，涉及车床加工。
背景技术
现有热流道模具工作原理为：塑料原料经注射机料斗加热到料筒中，在注塑机螺杆或柱塞的推动下，熔融的塑料经注射机射嘴，通过模具热流道系统进入闭合的模具行腔。
在原材料有杂质的情况下，杂质随塑料一同进入模具热流道系统，容易造成热流道堵塞。热流道堵塞后需拆模清理，浪费时间、人力。
发明内容
本实用新型针对上述存在的问题，提出一种具有过滤功能的注射机射嘴，通过在注塑机射嘴后端设置过滤网结构，达到在原材料杂质进入模具热流道系统前先将其过滤出来的目的。
 本实用新型的技术方案如下：
一种具有过滤功能的注射机射嘴，其在射嘴本体的中心孔的后端安装有一过滤网，通过该过滤网，可将注塑原材料中的杂质过滤，避免杂质进入模具热流道中，导致模具热流道堵塞。

具体实施方式
参见图1、图2和图3，本具有过滤功能的注射机射嘴包括射嘴本体1和过滤网2，在射嘴本体1的中心孔的后端安装过滤网2，过滤网2的高度H为15mm，直径ф为20mm，该过滤网2可将注塑原材料中的杂质过滤，避免杂质进入模具热流道中，导致模具热流道堵塞。
