本发明涉及一种流延挤出机，尤其是过滤型流延挤出机。该流延挤出机包括机架、进料斗、减速齿轮箱、螺套、螺杆、转杆和出料头，机架上端设有螺套，螺杆置于螺套内，减速齿轮箱通过转杆与螺杆相连，螺套上端与进料斗相连通，螺套顶端设有出料头，进料斗的开口端设有筛体，进料斗内壁两端设有磁铁块，该流延挤出机能够充分过滤物料内的杂质，节约了成本，提高了功效。

本发明涉及一种流延挤出机，尤其是过滤型流延挤出机。
背景技术
塑料薄膜广泛应用于各种工程建设上，作为防渗防污之用，但是现有的流延挤出机的物料进口没有过滤，容易造成物料内混杂有杂质。
发明内容
为了克服现有的流延挤出机的物料内有杂质的不足，本发明提供了过滤型流延挤出机。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：过滤型流延挤出机，包括机架、进料斗、减速齿轮箱、螺套、螺杆、转杆和出料头，机架上端设有螺套，螺杆置于螺套内，减速齿轮箱通过转杆与螺杆相连，螺套上端与进料斗相连通，螺套顶端设有出料头，进料斗的开口端设有筛体，进料斗内壁两端设有磁铁块。
本发明的有益效果是，该流延挤出机能够充分过滤物料内的杂质，节约了成本，提高了功效。

具体实施方式
如图1是本发明的结构示意图，过滤型流延挤出机，包括机架1、进料斗2、减速齿轮箱3、螺套4、螺杆5、转杆6和出料头7，机架1上端设有螺套4，螺杆5置于螺套4内，减速齿轮箱3通过转杆6与螺杆5相连，螺套4上端与进料斗2相连通，螺套4顶端设有出料头7，进料斗2的开口端设有筛体8，进料斗2内壁两端设有磁铁块9。
首先把物料放入到进料斗2，接着物料进入到螺套4内，然后启动减速齿轮箱3，使其能利用转杆6来带动螺杆5进行旋转，从而利用螺杆5在螺套4内把物料往前推动，最后物料通过出料头7进行挤出变成薄膜。当物料进入到进料斗2时，会首先被筛体8过滤一遍杂质，最后还会被进料斗2内的磁铁块9吸收掉里面残余的金属碎屑。该流延挤出机能够充分过滤物料内的杂质，节约了成本，提高了功效。

1.过滤型流延挤出机，包括机架（1）、进料斗（2）、减速齿轮箱（3）、螺套（4）、螺杆（5）、转杆（6）和出料头（7），机架（1）上端设有螺套（4），螺杆（5）置于螺套（4）内，减速齿轮箱（3）通过转杆（6）与螺杆（5）相连，螺套（4）上端与进料斗（2）相连通，螺套（4）顶端设有出料头（7），其特征是，进料斗（2）的开口端设有筛体（8），进料斗（2）内壁两端设有磁铁块（9）。
