背景技术
现有的压盖装置，压盖动作稳定性不理想，准确率低，压盖速度慢。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理，工作性能稳定的快速压盖装置。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：
一种快速压盖装置，其特征是：包括机架，机架上装送瓶轨道，送瓶轨道的上方设置压盖传送带机构，压带传送带机构与调节压盖传送带高度的压盖装置调节机构连接，压带传送带与压盖传送带驱动电机连接。
在压带传送带的下层传送带的上方，设置压盖板。
本实用新型结构合理，压盖动作稳定可靠，准确率高，压盖速度快，可实现连续不断地压盖，本实用新型还具有结构简单，制造方便，成本低廉，运行平稳可靠，不损坏瓶、盖等特点。
本机对瓶和盖的适应性强，装有食品、药品、化妆品等物料的各种瓶子，均能进行令人满意的压盖。

具体实施方式
一种快速压盖装置，包括机架7，机架上装送瓶轨道6，送瓶轨道的上方设置压盖传送带机构3，压带传送带机构与调节压盖传送带高度的压盖装置调节机构2连接，压带传送带与压盖传送带驱动电机1连接。
在压带传送带的下层传送带的上方，设置压盖板4。图中还有压盖传送带传动轮安装板5。
压盖传送带为同步带，压盖机构为一组同步带运动系统，固定在压盖装置调节机构的支座上，它由压盖传送带驱动电机驱动。
压盖板的作用是避免在压盖过程中同步带变形而影响压盖。
压盖同步带系统的高度要恰当。根据瓶子、瓶盖高度和材质，通过转动图一中压盖装置调节机构的手轮，调整压盖高度，调整到既能将瓶盖压实，瓶子又不变形。
套上瓶盖的瓶子经过压盖同步带的下方，在自动进瓶过程中，瓶盖被压紧在瓶口上。由于压盖同步带的下方与送瓶轨道之间的距离不变，所有经过压盖同步带下方的瓶子，压盖后高度一致。

1. 一种快速压盖装置，其特征是：包括机架，机架上装送瓶轨道，送瓶轨道的上方设置压盖传送带机构，压带传送带机构与调节压盖传送带高度的压盖装置调节机构连接，压带传送带与压盖传送带驱动电机连接。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的快速压盖装置，其特征是：在压带传送带的下层传送带的上方，设置压盖板。
