背景技术
在气缸套内孔下端有一个圆弧豁口，该圆弧豁口是在普通车床上铣削加工而成的。由于气缸套外圆台阶较多，在普通车床上加工圆弧豁口时需要采用手动端面夹紧方式，该夹紧方式存在如下缺陷：工人夹紧操作速度慢，装卸过程繁琐，劳动强度高，工作效率较低，定心精度低，气缸套质量较差。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种操作简便、省时省力、工作效率高、定心精度高的气缸套下端豁口铣削用夹具。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案是：一种气缸套下端豁口铣削用夹具，包括底座、顶板和支杆，顶板通过支杆设置在底座上方，底座上设有圆弧形基体，顶板上活动吊装有与圆弧形基体相对应的V形块。
所述顶板上设有气缸，气缸的活塞杆通过浮动接头连接在V形块上部。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点是：
1、在本实用新型中，顶板通过支杆设置在底座上方，底座上设有圆弧形基体，顶板上活动吊装有与圆弧形基体相对应的V形块，提供了一种圆弧形基体与V形块相结合的定位夹紧方式，装卸操作简便，省时省力，降低了工人劳动强度，大大提高了工作效率，定心精度高，可有效保证产品质量。
2、顶板上设有气缸，气缸的活塞杆通过浮动接头连接在V形块上部，活塞杆与V形块的连接采用浮动接头，便于压紧工件，使用简便。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示的气缸套下端豁口铣削用夹具，其包括底座1、顶板4和支杆6，顶板4通过支杆6设置在底座1的上方，在底座1上设有圆弧形基体2，圆弧形基体2为半圆形，且圆弧形基体2开口向上。在顶板4上设有气缸5，在气缸5的活塞杆7端部通过浮动接头9活动吊装有V形块3，V形块3的开口向下，且与圆弧形基体2相对应。
本实用新型适用于普通车床，用于气缸套下端豁口铣削加工中的夹紧。
本实用新型在使用时，先将工件8放置在圆弧形基体2上，启动气缸5通过活塞杆7推动V形块3下移，使V形块3压紧工件8，即可进行加工。
