本实用新型涉及一种折床简易模夹，用于固定折床简易模。
背景技术
简易模有別于正规模具,要求设计简洁、快速、易于加工、易于成型,成本低,它以快速、准确而广泛应用于钣金样品制造及一些精度要求不高的钣金件加工。
由于各种钣金样品的加工内容及形状各异，同时也就需要各种不同的折床简易模。在很多时候，使用折床简易模时，却不太好固定其上下模且效率低下。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是：针对上述问题，而提出一种装夹快捷、使用方便的折床简易模夹。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种折床简易模夹，其特征在于：它由上模夹和下模夹组成，所述上模夹的底部和下模夹的顶部均制有用于放置简易模的凹槽，并在该凹槽的槽壁上开有一组伸出凹槽外的螺孔，螺孔中布置有螺钉。
本实用新型优点是：在钣金加工时，先把折床简易模的上下模分别置于上模夹和下模夹的凹槽内，然后旋动螺栓将上下模锁紧固定，即可保证折床简易模的成型，整个操作过程方便快捷。

具体实施方式
图1和图2出示了本实用新型的一个具体实施例，它由一个上模夹1和一个下模夹2组成。上模夹1的下部和下模夹2的上部均制有凹槽3，凹槽3的槽壁上开有一组螺孔4，螺孔由槽壁处延伸至槽外，其内布置螺钉5。
如图1所示，实施时，首先将所述上下模夹装在折床上，再把简易模6直接插入凹槽3內,然后旋动螺釘5将简易模锁紧即可，该装夹过程简单可靠，明显提高了加工效率和产品品质的稳定性。
