背景技术
近年来,二次锂离子电池作为数码产品电池,应用越来越广泛,其中有一种卷绕电池,使用全、半自动卷绕机进行卷绕,由于隔膜在烘烤时,会产生局部变形,使得几乎生产出来的电池表面均会产生“S”形变形,导致电池厚度整体增厚,直接影响到了电池装机。

本实用新型要解决技术问题是提供一种新型锂电池隔膜纸收卷的收缩轴结构,该新型锂电池隔膜纸收卷的收缩轴结构能有效防止隔膜变形,保障卷绕电池的产品质量。

一种新型锂电池隔膜纸收卷的收缩轴结构,外钢筒由多片弧形钢板构成,每一片弧形钢板通过至少2个导向销安装在内钢筒上。
在弧形钢板与内钢筒之间设置有弹簧。
导向销的一端设有用于固定的螺纹,另一端开槽,导向销的中间段为用于导向的光滑段。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
实施例1:
如图1-3所示,一种新型锂电池隔膜纸收卷的收缩轴结构,外钢筒由3片弧形钢板构成,每一片弧形钢板通过2个导向销安装在内钢筒上。在弧形钢板与内钢筒之间设置有弹簧。导向销的一端设有用于固定的螺纹,另一端开槽,导向销的中间段为用于导向的光滑段。
具体制作过程使用过程如下:
收缩轴的外钢筒由一段无缝钢管分切成三瓣,每一瓣的两端均安装有两根弹簧和一个导向销:导向销安装在中间,外形如图2,导向销底部开牙,用于与内钢筒连接;中部光滑,起导向作用;头部开槽,可以方便用螺丝刀调节内外钢筒的间隙和弹簧弹力大小。弹簧对称安装在导向销的两侧。再将隔膜的处侧头用胶纸粘帖在轴的表面。启动隔膜分切机,将机器张力参数调整为0.06~0.10,转速为1200转/分,将整卷隔膜收在收缩轴上后,再将整卷放入烘烤箱进行高温烘烤,温度60℃~90℃,时间2H~30H。烘烤完毕后,将隔膜纸按工艺规格裁切。进行制作卷绕、入壳封口、烘烤、注液、化成、分容。
本发明的动作原理为,将隔膜固定在外钢筒上,隔膜连同钢筒一起烘烤,当隔膜收缩时,外钢筒与内钢筒间弹簧发生形变,外钢筒向内收缩,从而避免局部变形隔膜收缩不一致而变形。

1.一种新型锂电池隔膜纸收卷的收缩轴结构,其特征在于,外钢筒由多片弧形钢板构成,每一片弧形钢板通过至少2个导向销安装在内钢筒上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型锂电池隔膜纸收卷的收缩轴结构,其特征在于,在弧形钢板与内钢筒之间设置有弹簧。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的新型锂电池隔膜纸收卷的收缩轴结构,其特征在于,导向销的一端设有用于固定的螺纹,另一端开槽,导向销的中间段为用于导向的光滑段。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型锂电池隔膜纸收卷的收缩轴结构,其特征在于,所述的外钢筒由3片弧形钢板构成,每一片弧形钢板通过2个导向销安装在内钢筒上。
