本实用新型涉及电池制造领域,尤其是铝壳锂离子电池的电芯折极耳的专用夹具。
背景技术
原有折极耳工艺说明:
按照现有生产工艺,铝壳电池在压盖前由员工手工将正负极耳折成Z字形后进行压盖。
原有折极耳工艺存在缺陷:
手工折极耳速度慢,生产效率低;极耳折叠后一致性不好,极耳不能完全折入隔图内,影响压盖板的效果,同时很容易导致负极耳偏出隔圈外面而与铝壳直接接触后引起短路或爆炸。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种折极耳速度快、生产效率高、不影响压盖板的效果,同时保证安全性的铝壳锂离子电芯折极耳专用夹具。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
它包括一电芯承载板,所述电芯承载板一侧设有一使极耳发生弯折的折弯条。
本实用新型的铝壳锂离子电芯折极耳专用夹具有益效果是:
1、折极耳速度快,生产效率高。
2、极耳能全部折叠成S型,且能保证极耳完全折入隔圈槽内,能使隔圈完全将极耳与铝壳隔离,杜绝负极耳与铝壳壳壁接触而引起的短路或爆炸的现象。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实施例的铝壳锂离子电芯折极耳专用夹具包括一电芯承载板1,所述电芯承载板1一侧设有一使极耳发生弯折的折弯条2。
在使用时,将电池放置于承载板1上,需折极耳的位置对准承载板1上的折弯条2,用折弯条2将电池正负极耳折成一个S形后再进行压盖,从而完成折极耳的操作。
