背景技术
锂离子电池是指以锂离子嵌入化合物为正极材料电池的总称,其具有能量密度大,平均输出电压高,自放电小,没有记忆效应,循环性能优越、可快速充放电的特点,而且锂离子电池输出功率大,使用寿命长,没有环境污染,被称为绿色电池,因而锂离子电池已经广泛应用于手机、笔记本电脑等领域,但是,由于锂离子电池内部结构复杂,电芯与外部接触会产生漏电现象,具有一定安全隐患。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供了一种更为安全的锂离子电池电芯,具体是在电芯壳体外壁两侧,贴附有绝缘层,以避免电芯壳体与电池外壳的直接接触。

如图1所示,包括电池盖板1,电芯壳体2,电池外壳3,其中电芯壳体2上,贴附有绝缘层4,所述绝缘层4成对设置在电芯壳体2的两侧,且与电芯壳体两侧匹配。
采用上述技术方案,能避免电池组装时电芯壳体与电池外科发生摩擦破损,且电芯壳体与电池外科的不产生直接接触,避免漏电现象产生。
