背景技术
超级电容器由于具有传统电解电容器和电池的双重功能,其功率密度远高于电池,且比电池充放电速度快很多;能量密度远高于传统的电解电容器。与传统电解电容器和电池相比较,超级电容器具有体积小,能量密度大,充放电速度快,循环寿命长,放电功率高,工作温度范围宽(-40℃~85℃),可靠性好及成本低廉等优点。因此,超级电容器正已成为一种新型、高效、实用、绿色环保的快速充放电储能器件。
目前使用的超级电容器导针铝柄两侧边缘为直角设计,导针铆接在超级电容器极片的集流体上后,按照正极片、隔膜与负极片的顺序叠加在一起后卷绕成卷芯。在卷绕的过程中导针铝柄部位会对隔膜有一挤压过程,充放电过程中极片体积的膨胀也会使导针铝柄部位对隔膜产生挤压,由于导针铝柄部位的两侧为直角边,极易在生产和使用充放电过程中引起超级电容器微短路。超级电容器微短路导致产品漏电流变大性能下降,为了提高超级电容器性能,降低产品漏电流,解决超级电容器微短路问题也是各超级电容器厂商的当务之急。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、性能可靠的防止超级电容器微短路的导针。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:
一种防止超级电容器微短路的导针,包括导针铝柄,其特征是:导针铝柄的两侧边缘呈圆弧状。
