Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种锂离子电池卷芯,包括正极片、负极片、正极耳、负极耳及隔膜,隔膜位于正、负极片间,正极片的一端设有正极耳,负极片的另一端设有负极耳,以正极耳或负极耳所在端为轴将极片卷绕后,即形成卷芯结构,此种方式卷绕成型的卷芯,正极耳、负极耳之间距相对较大,在电池发生意外形变时内部卷芯正、负极耳亦不容易相互接触造成短路,因而极大的提高了锂离子电池的安全性。

本实用新型涉及锂离子电池领域,具体是指一种锂离子电池卷芯。
背景技术
锂离子电池是指以锂离子嵌入化合物为正极材料电池的总称,其具有能量密度大,平均输出电压高,自放电小,没有记忆效应,循环性能优越、可快速充放电的特点,而且锂离子电池输出功率大,使用寿命长,没有环境污染,被称为绿色电池。因而锂离子电池已经广泛应用于手机、笔记本电脑等领域,然而,即使锂离子电池具有相对较高的安全性,在电池因意外碰撞或挤压发生形变时,电池内部正、负极也易发生短路,从而引发危险。
实用新型内容
本实用新型根据锂离子电池的内部结构特点,提供了一种更为安全的锂离子电池卷芯的卷绕结构,此种结构的电池卷芯,由于将正、负极耳间距最大化,从而极大的降低了电池形变导致内部短路的危险性。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下的技术方案:
包括正极片、负极片、隔膜、正极耳、负极耳,隔膜设置于正、负极片之间,正极片的一端设有正极耳,负极片在正极耳的另一端设有负极耳,以正极耳或负极耳所在端为轴卷绕成扁平状的锂离子电池卷芯。
以该方式卷绕成型的电池卷芯,正、负极耳分别在卷芯的内部和外侧,因此增加了正、负极耳间距,在电池受到挤压或碰撞时互相之间不易发生接触,且加工工艺简单。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型内容做进一步详细描述:
如图1所示,以正极片1、隔膜3、负极片2依次叠放,隔膜3位于正极片1、负极片2之间,在正极片1的一端设有正极耳4,负极片2在正极耳4的两一端设有负极耳5。
如图2所示,以负极耳5所在端为轴,将叠放的正极片1、负极片2及隔膜3卷绕成扁平状,形成锂离子电池卷芯。
同样的,当以正极耳4所在端为轴卷绕正、负极片及隔膜3时,所成型的锂离子电池卷芯亦具有同等功能的卷芯卷绕结构。

1.一种锂离子电池卷芯,包括依次叠加的正极片(1)、隔膜(2)、负极片(3)、正极耳(4)、负极耳(5),隔膜(2)位于正、负极片之间,其特征在于:正极耳(4)设置在正极片(1)的一端;负极耳(5)设置在负极片(3)上,且位于正极耳(4)另一端。
