Abstract

本发明公开了一种卷绕型锂电池电芯,包括有隔膜、正极片及其极耳、负极片及其极耳;隔膜位于正、负极片间,正、负极耳分别与各自的极片相互电接触;正、负极片及隔膜由特制的卷芯夹具卷制向同一方向逐层卷绕,且保持正、负极片、隔膜中心线始终对齐,张紧力度一致;预压定型时使正、负极耳保持在电芯的同一侧,且外侧边缘距离与电芯两侧边缘距离一致;经热压定型后,电芯在用铝塑膜包装时,极耳直接导出铝塑包装膜之外。本发明解决了目前卷绕型锂电池电芯所出现极耳中心距受电芯宽度制约及因极耳受弯曲所出现影响电芯性能一致性的问题。

Description

一种卷绕型锂电池电芯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种卷绕型锂电池电芯,具体来说是指一种卷绕型锂电池电芯的改进技术。
背景技术
目前,大部分的卷绕型锂电池电芯的结构都是采用正、负极耳设置在电芯的中间部分,正、负极片及其极耳和隔膜向同一方向逐层卷绕。由于是以正、负极耳为中心进行卷绕,电芯的宽度必然较大,那么对于宽度小于15mm的电芯来说,则很难采取这种结构了。另外,电芯热压成型后用铝塑膜包装时,由于极耳在电芯中心位置,必须使极耳弯曲成S状后才导出铝塑膜包装壳外,这将会影响到锂电池电芯性能的一致性,而且弯曲的距离越大,影响的程度就越大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种电芯性能一致的电池电芯。
本发明可以通过以下技术方案来实现。
一种卷绕型锂电池电芯,包括有隔膜、正极片及其极耳、负极片及其极耳;隔膜位于正、负极片间,正、负极耳分别与各自的极片相互电接触;正、负极片及隔膜由专用的卷芯夹具卷制向同一方向逐层卷绕,且保持正、负极片、隔膜中心线始终对齐,张紧力度一致;预压定型时使正、负极耳保持在电芯的同一侧,且外侧边缘距离与电芯两侧边缘距离一致;经热压定型后,电芯在用铝塑膜包装时,极耳直接导出铝塑包装膜之外。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点。
本发明锂电电芯采用正、负极耳安放在电芯的外层同侧位置,使正、负极耳的中心距不受电芯宽度过小的的限制,特别是对于宽度小于15mm的电芯,也可以采用这种卷绕型的电芯结构;在电芯热压成型用铝塑膜包装时,不须将正、负极耳弯曲成S状导出包装外,而是把处于外层的正、负极耳直接导出包装外即可,减少正、负极耳因弯曲成S状时给电芯性能带来不一致地影响。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1所示,本发明所述的电芯主要由正极极耳1、负极极耳2、正极片3、负极片4、隔膜5组成。如图2所示,正极片3由二面正面涂正极材料7加夹铝膜9,一端与正极极耳1电接触,另一端外露;如图3所示,负极片4由负极二面涂负极材料8加夹铜膜10,一端与负极极耳2电接触,另一端外露;正、负极片及隔膜按图4使其中心对齐,以正、负极片外露一端的金属膜作为卷芯的装夹位置,并夹紧卷芯E,然后以卷芯E为中心按图5的方向旋转安装柄F,保持正极片及其极耳在卷芯的外层,逐层卷绕,且使正、负极片、隔膜中心线始终对齐,张紧力度一致。电芯逐层卷绕完成时就抽出卷芯夹具。预压定型时使正、负极耳保持在电芯的一侧,并使其外侧边缘保持与电芯两侧边缘距离一致,再经热压定型。电芯在用铝塑膜包装时,极耳直接导出铝塑包装膜之外。

Claims (5)

1.一种卷绕型锂电池电芯,包括有隔膜、正极片及其极耳、负极片及其极耳,隔膜位于正、负极片间,正、负极片及隔膜向同一方向逐层卷绕,正、负极耳分别与各自的极片电接触,其特征在于:所述的正、负极耳安放于电芯的外层位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电芯,其特征在于:所述的正、负极耳位于电芯的最外一层,且同时处于电芯的同侧。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电芯,其特征在于:所述的正、负极耳外侧边缘距电芯两侧边缘的距离一致。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电芯,其特征在于:所述的正极片在外围。
5.根据权利要求1至4所述的任一电芯,其特征在于:该电芯为采用专用卷芯夹具进行卷制,所述的夹具包括夹片,夹片的一端连接卷芯,另一端连接安装柄。
