(1)采用单排滚珠结构,使得滚轮的长度受到限制,只能支撑和固定较短的滚轮;
(2)当输送的物品较宽时,需要使用多排滚轮的连接来增加滚轮的宽度,滚轮的连接需要保证同一列滚轮的同轴度,造成装配困难,若无法保证同一列滚轮的同轴度,则在滚轮运输过程中会产生跑偏,影响滚轮的输送平稳性。
