兼具有散热及扩散光线功能的照明装置及灯罩
技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型涉及一种照明装置,特别是涉及一种兼具有散热及扩散光线功能的照明装置及灯罩。
背景技术
[0002] 以往灯管或灯泡存在升温快及耗电量高的缺点,且灯具在废弃后会破坏环境,因此,近年来便发展出以发光二极管(Light EmittingDiode, LED)作为发光源的技术,其可达到省电及节能减碳的效果,所以现已逐渐取代以往灯具,而广泛地运用于各种照明装置。
[0003] 参阅图1与图2,一种现有的照明装置1,其包含一个散热壳座11、一个发光单元 12,及一个透光灯罩13。该散热壳座11具有一个基壁111、一个由该基壁111周缘往上凸伸的周壁112,及数个分别由该基壁111底部往下延伸的散热鳍片113。该发光单元12具有一个安装在该基壁111上方的电路板121,及数个分别安装在该电路板121上的发光二极管122。该透光灯罩13为一个中央往上弧凸的壳体,并具有一个位于下缘且螺接于该散热壳座11的周壁112的罩缘131。
[0004] 虽然上述照明装置1能达到照明效果,但是在照明使用时,所述发光二极管122会产生大量热能,而该透光灯罩13却又密封罩盖在该散热壳座11上,在没有通风孔可提供自然对流的情况下,将致使发光二极管122产生的热无法消散,所以发光二极管122容易因为过热而产生光衰现象,进而缩短使用寿命,为此该照明装置1须设置金属材质的散热鳍片 113,利用大面积的金属片来传导散热,如此一来,整个产品将因包含金属散热片而相对提高成本,所以其设计上仍有待改善。
发明内容
[0005] 本实用新型的目的在于提供一种散热效果佳、可充分扩散光线且能降低成本的兼具有散热及扩散光线功能的照明装置及灯罩。
[0006] 本实用新型兼具有散热及扩散光线功能的照明装置,包含:一个灯罩,及一个安装在该灯罩内的发光单元,该灯罩包括一个绕着一条轴线的围绕壁、一个间隔位于该围绕壁内的光罩壁,及数个彼此角度间隔地连接该光罩壁与该围绕壁的连接条,该围绕壁具有一个界限出一个第一开口的第一端缘,及一个相反于第一端缘且界限出一个第二开口的第二端缘,每两相邻连接条间界定出一个连通该第一开口与该第二开口的散热孔,该发光单元包括一个相对该光罩壁设置的电路板,及至少一个安装在该电路板上且朝该光罩壁发出光线的发光组件。
[0007] 本实用新型所述兼具有散热及扩散光线功能的照明装置,该轴线通过该光罩壁中央,且该光罩壁由周缘往中央逐渐朝向第一开口弧凸。
[0008] 本实用新型所述兼具有散热及扩散光线功能的照明装置,该围绕壁还具有一个由该第二端缘往该第一端缘延伸且位于该发光单元外围的容装部,及一个由该容装部延伸至该第一端缘且位于该光罩壁外围的围绕部,每一连接条皆由该光罩壁周缘径向往外延伸且
4连接在该容装部与该围绕部间。
[0009] 本实用新型所述兼具有散热及扩散光线功能的照明装置,该围绕壁还具有一个由该第二端缘往该第一端缘延伸且位于该发光单元外围的容装部,及一个由该容装部延伸至该第一端缘且逐渐朝该轴线倾斜的围绕部,该围绕部位于该光罩壁外围,且每一连接条皆由该光罩壁周缘轴向延伸至该第一端缘。
[0010] 本实用新型所述兼具有散热及扩散光线功能的照明装置,该照明装置还包含一个安装单元,该安装单元包括一个供该电路板安装的承载座,及一个供该承载座安装且衔接该灯罩的第二端缘的固定座,该灯罩包括数个分别由该第二端缘往远离该第一端缘方向凸伸的卡钩,该固定座具有数个分别供该灯罩的卡钩卡掣的卡槽。
[0011] 本实用新型所述兼具有散热及扩散光线功能的照明装置,该承载座具有数个穿孔,该固定座具有数个连通所述穿孔的通孔,且该发光单元的电路板具有数个彼此间隔的透气孔。
[0012] 本实用新型灯罩,包括:一个绕着一条轴线的围绕壁、一个间隔位于该围绕壁内的光罩壁,及数个彼此角度间隔地连接该光罩壁与该围绕壁的连接条,该围绕壁具有一个界限出一个第一开口的第一端缘,及一个相反于第一端缘且界限出一个第二开口的第二端缘,每两相邻连接条间界定出一个连通该第一开口与该第二开口的散热孔。
[0013] 本实用新型所述灯罩,该轴线通过该光罩壁中央,且该光罩壁由周缘往中央逐渐朝向第一开口弧凸。
[0014] 本实用新型所述灯罩,该围绕壁还具有一个由该第二端缘往该第一端缘延伸的容装部,及一个由该容装部延伸至该第一端缘且位于该光罩壁外围的围绕部,每一连接条皆由该光罩壁周缘径向往外延伸且连接在该容装部与该围绕部间。
[0015] 本实用新型所述灯罩,该围绕壁还具有一个由该第二端缘往该第一端缘延伸的容装部,及一个由该容装部延伸至该第一端缘且逐渐朝该轴线倾斜的围绕部,该围绕部位于该光罩壁外围,且每一连接条皆由该光罩壁周缘轴向延伸至该第一端缘。
[0016] 本实用新型所述灯罩,该光罩壁具有数个分别由外表面往外弧凸的第一棱镜部。
[0017] 本实用新型所述灯罩,该光罩壁具有数个分别由外表面往外弧凸的第一棱镜部, 且该围绕壁还具有数个分别由围绕部的外表面往外弧凸的第二棱镜部。
[0018] 本实用新型的有益的效果在于:通过该散热孔的设置,能有效地经空气流通将该发光单元的热向外传出,以达到散热效果佳及降低成本的功效,同时该围绕壁更可避免因散热孔的漏光所造成的光线不均勻现象,具有使光线明亮柔和的效果。

[0031] 为了方便说明,以下的实施例,相同的元件以相同的标号表示。
[0032] 参阅图3与图4,本实用新型照明装置的第一较佳实施例包含一个灯罩2、一个发光单元3,及一个安装单元4。
[0033] 该灯罩2由透光材料一体制成,并包括一个绕着一条轴线21的围绕壁22、一个间隔位于该围绕壁22内的光罩壁23、数个彼此角度间隔地连接该光罩壁23与该围绕壁22的连接条M,及数个分别由该围绕壁22朝该安装单元4的一端往外凸伸的卡钩25。
[0034] 该围绕壁22具有一个界限出一个第一开的第一端缘221、一个相反于第一端缘221且界限出一个第二开口 262的第二端缘222、一个由该第二端缘222往该第一端缘 221轴向延伸的容装部223,及一个由该容装部223轴向延伸至该第一端缘221且位于该光罩壁23外围的围绕部224。该轴线21通过该光罩壁23中央,且该光罩壁23由周缘往中央逐渐朝向第一开口 261弧凸。每两相邻连接条M间界定出一个连通该第一开口 261与该第二开口 262的散热孔沈3,每一连接条M皆由该光罩壁23周缘径向往外延伸至该围绕壁 22并位于该容装部223与该围绕部224间。所述卡钩25皆由该第二端缘222往远离该第一端缘221方向凸伸。
[0035] 该发光单元3包括一个安装在该围绕壁22的容装部223内且位于该光罩壁23下方相对该光罩壁设置的电路板31,及至少一个安装在该电路板31上且朝该光罩壁23发出光线的发光组件32。该电路板31具有数个彼此间隔的透气孔311,能加强通风散热。本实施例的发光组件32为发光二极管(LED),具有高亮度、节能、省电的优点。当然,该发光单元 3还具有数个电子组件、连接导线及交直流转换电路等设计,并会电连接一图未示的电源, 但由于所述组件、电路设计都不是本实用新型的重点,所以在此不再详细说明。
[0036] 该安装单元4包括一个供该电路板31安装的承载座41,及一个供该承载座41安装且衔接该灯罩2的第二端缘222的固定座42。该承载座41具有数个连通所述透气孔311 的穿孔411。该固定座42具有数个连通所述穿孔411的通孔421,及数个分别供该灯罩2 的卡钩25卡掣的卡槽422。
[0037] 使用时,所述发光组件32的光线会穿透该光罩壁23向外扩散照射,而部分通过所述散热孔263的光线,则会穿透该围绕部2M后向外扩散照射,使得人眼不会直视到强烈光源,而且发光组件32发出的强烈光线,皆会经该光罩壁23与该围绕壁22的围绕部224的扩散,让光线更为明亮柔和,不易产生眩光现象造成眼睛疲劳。此外,该发光单元3运作时所产生的热,也可以经空气自然对流的方式,让冷空气由该安装单元4的通孔421直接进入该容装部223内,或通过所述穿孔411及该电路板31的透气孔311进入该容装部223内, 并与该发光单元3产生热交换,而此热空气会再分别经所述散热孔263向外排出,进行大量有效地散热,以降低热能对发光组件32造成的影响,能减缓发光组件32的光衰现象,提升组件使用寿命。
[0038] 在安装上,本实用新型照明装置可设置在建筑物或其它照明设施,例如台灯、立灯、壁灯、吊灯、吸顶灯、走廊灯、床头灯等,而且设置方向也可以依需要改变,例如可令光线朝上照射,或是朝下照射。如图5所示,是以安装在一个台灯5中,且该发光单元3位于该安装单元4的上方为例,令所述发光组件32的光线通过该光罩壁23朝上照射,可成为一个气氛灯。如图6所示,则是以安装在一个台灯5中,且该发光单元3位于该安装单元4的下方为例来说明,所述发光组件32的光线通过该光罩壁23朝下照射,可成为一个阅读灯。
[0039] 参阅图7与图8,本实用新型照明装置的第二较佳实施例同样包含一个灯罩2、一个发光单元3,及一个安装单元4。本实施例不同于第一实施例的部分在于:该围绕壁22的围绕部2¾对应位于该光罩壁23的周缘外围,是由该容装部223延伸至该第一端缘221且逐渐朝该轴线21倾斜,至于每一连接条M则是由该光罩壁23周缘轴向延伸至该第一端缘 221,每两相邻连接条M间也界定出一个用于散热的散热孔沈3,且该围绕壁22可用于遮挡并扩散通过所述散热孔沈3的光线,因此本实施例同样可以达到有效散热以及明亮柔光的功效。
[0040] 将本实施例安装在一个台灯5中,当该发光单元3如图9所示位于该安装单元4 的上方时,所述发光组件32的光线会通过该光罩壁23朝上照射,可成为一个气氛灯。而当该发光单元3如图10所示位于该安装单元4的下方时,则所述发光组件32的光线是通过该光罩壁23朝下照射,而成为一个阅读灯。
[0041] 参阅图11,本实用新型照明装置的第三较佳实施例同样包含一个灯罩2、一个发光单元3,及一个安装单元4。本实施例不同于第二实施例的部分在于:该灯罩2的光罩壁 23具有数个分别由外表面往外弧凸的第一棱镜部231,且该围绕壁22还具有数个分别由围绕部2¾的外表面往外弧凸的第二棱镜部225,所述第一棱镜部231及第二棱镜部225可用于聚集光线,具有聚光效果。当然,也可以只在该光罩壁23上设置第一棱镜部231,并省略第二棱镜部225的设置,在此不再说明。
[0042] 综上所述,本实用新型照明装置在该灯罩2上设有散热孔沈3,所以可有效地经自然对流方式进行散热,将发光组件32产生的热排放至外界,具有散热效果佳、减缓发光组件32的光衰现象,及延长使用寿命的功效,而且相对的,本实用新型更可以取消成本较高的金属散热片的设置,大幅降低产品成本与售价,以增加市场上的竞争力,降低消费者的负担。该灯罩22设置有高起且围绕在散热孔263周围的围绕部224,可借以防止因散热孔沈3 的设置而使所产生光线直接通过散热孔263射出的漏光问题,可避免造成不均勻的光线照射。因此,本实用新型的灯罩2除了基本的扩散光线功能外,另外兼具有散热的功能,并可节省散热片的设置以降低成本,让产品更有市场上的价格竞争优势,所以确实能达成本实用新型的目的。
