Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型LED天花筒灯,包括电器盒、铝罩反光杯、LED灯珠光源、LED扩散板,LED灯珠光源与驱动组件连接,铝罩反光杯将LED灯珠光源罩住;铝罩反光杯与电器盒通过铆合形成一个整体,铝罩反光杯为凹形结构:铝罩反光杯内下部设有一圈凹槽,LED扩散板安装在凹槽内:铝罩反光杯设有空气对流孔。本发明通过将铝罩反光杯与电器盒切合形成共同散热体,并在铝罩反光杯上设置空气对流孔,采用整个灯体散热,能够保障LED灯珠长寿命:铝罩反光杯做成特殊的凹形设计,使灯杯向下压使光线更易向下照射,在铝罩反光杯上设置凹槽来固定LED扩散板,使灯体容易拆装维护:顶部电器盒内装驱动电源并向外引出接线端子,符合消防要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及照明设备技术领域,具体涉及一种LED 天花筒灯。
背景技术
传统技术中,天花筒灯一般采用高反光杯作为反射器,采用灯头安装白炽灯泡或者节能灯泡,灯头顶部设置接线盒,其优点是设置了接线盒,符合消防要求;缺点是灯体太高,占用空间大,灯光反射利用率低,耗能大、灯泡寿命短等。为了达到节能目的,现在多采用LED 天花筒灯、射灯,其通常采用铝外壳,在LED 灯珠光源后面安装散热器,其优点是节能省电、寿命长:缺点是发热量大,未充分利用整个灯体本身散热,易烧坏驱动组件,且耗材多,整灯成本高, LED 灯珠前用透镜聚光导致照射光照太过集中, LED 电源驱动外置接线,防鼠害等性能未达消防要求等。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构合理、散热性能好、灯光效果好、符合消防要求的新型LED 天花筒灯。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案: 一种新型LED 天花筒灯,包括电器盒、铝罩反光杯、LED 灯珠光源、LED 扩散板及天花外环面盖, LED 灯珠光源与电器盒内的驱动组件连接,铝罩反光杯与电器盒连接, LED 扩散板安装在铝罩反光杯上,铝罩反光杯将LED 灯珠光源罩住,铝罩反光杯外面设有铝罩反光杯卡片,铝罩反光杯卡片连接天花外环面盖,天花外环面盖由天花固定弹簧固定,其特征在于:所述铝罩反光杯与电器盒通过铆合形成一个整体,铝罩反光杯为凹形结构:铝罩反光杯内下部设有一圈凹槽, LED 扩散板安装在该凹槽内并由扩散板固定弹簧固定。
进一步地,所述铝罩反光杯的凹形结构处设有若干个空气对流孔,铝罩反光杯内的热空气可以从空气对流孔散发到外部空间,有利于散热。
进一步地,所述电器盒上设有引出在电器盒外的接线端子。
进一步地,所述LED 扩散板为扩散片或者砂玻璃片。
本发明通过将铝罩反光杯与电器盒铆合形成LED 共同散热体,并且在铝罩反光杯上设置空气对流孔,采用整个灯体散热,能够保障LED 灯珠长寿命;铝罩反光杯做成特殊的凹形设计,使灯杯向下压使光线更易向下照射,在铝罩反光杯上设置凹槽来固定LED灯光扩散片或砂玻璃片,使灯体容易拆装维护;顶部电器盒内装驱动电源并向外引出接线端子,符合消防要求。

具体实施方式
本实施例中,参照图1,所述新型LED 天花筒灯,包括电器盒1 、铝罩反光杯2 、LED灯珠光源3 、LED 扩散板5 及天花外环面盖4 , LED 灯珠光源3 与电器盒1 内的驱动组件连接,铝罩反光杯2 与电器盒1 连接, LED 扩散板5 安装在铝罩反光杯2 上,铝罩反光2 杯将LED 灯珠光源3 罩住,铝罩反光杯2 外面设有铝罩反光杯卡片6 ,铝罩反光杯卡片6 连接天花外环面盖4 ,天花外环面盖4 由7 天花固定弹簧固定:铝罩反光杯2 与电器盒1 通过铆合形成一个整体,铝罩反光杯2 为凹形结构;铝罩反光杯2 内下部设有一圈凹槽, LED 扩散板5 安装在该凹槽内并由扩散板固定弹簧8 固定。
所述铝罩反光杯2 的凹形结构处设有多个空气对流孔9 ,铝罩反光杯2 内的热空气可以从空气对流孔9 散发到外部空间,有利于散热。
所述电器盒1 上设有引出在电器盒l 外的接线端子10。
所述LED 扩散板5 为扩散片或者砂玻璃片。

1.一种新型LED 天花筒灯,包括电器盒、铝罩反光杯、LED 灯珠光源、LED 扩散板及天花外环面盖, LED 灯珠光源与电器盒内的驱动组件连接,铝罩反光杯与电器盒连接, LED 扩散板安装在铝罩反光杯上,铝罩反光杯将LED 灯珠光源罩住,铝罩反光杯外面设有铝罩反光杯卡片,铝罩反光杯卡片连接天花外环面盖,天花外环面盖由天花固定弹簧固定,其特征在于:所述铝罩反光杯与电器盒通过铆合形成一个整体,铝罩反光杯为凹形结构;铝罩反光杯内下部设有一圈凹槽, LED 扩散板安装在该凹槽内并由扩散板固定弹簧固定。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的新型LED 天花筒灯,其特征在于:所述铝罩反光杯的凹形结构处设有若干个空气对流孔。
3.根据权利要求1 所述的新型LED 天花筒灯,其特征在于:所述电器盒上设有引出在电器盒外的接线端子。
4.根据权利要求1 所述的新型LED 天花筒灯,其特征在于:所述LED 扩散板为扩散片或者砂玻璃片。
