现有的手机电池结构一般包括有电芯、正极板和负极板,正极板和负极板连接电芯对手机进行充电。正极板和负极板主要是通过焊接的方式与电芯连接,上述现有手机电池的连接方式会导致电池对过度充电、过度放电、过量电流及短路等得不到有效的保护,造成电池自耗电快,使用寿命短。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种对电池过度充电、过度放电、过量电流及短路等可起到有效保护的手机电池。

一种手机电池,包括有电芯、正极板和负极板,其特征在于:所述的电芯连接一个电池保护板,所述的正极板和负极板设于电池保护板上。
所述的正极板和负极板设有端盖,端盖连接在电芯上。
所述的端盖设有对应正极板和负极板的孔。
本实用新型有益效果在于,电芯连接一个电池保护板,正极板和负极板设于电池保护板上,电池保护板可对电池过度充电、过度放电、过量电流及短路等进行保护,延长电池使用寿命。

如图1所示的一种手机电池,包括有电芯1、正极板2和负极板3,电芯1采用铝壳电芯,正极板2和负极板3采用连接镍片,本实用新型的电芯1连接一个电池保护板4,所述的正极板2和负极板3设于电池保护板4上,电池保护板4采用现有成熟技术,电池保护板4设有电路元件,可对电池过度充电、过度放电、过量电流及短路等进行保护。本实用新型的正极板2和负极板3设有端盖5,端盖5连接在电芯1上,端盖5设有对应正极板2和负极板3的孔,孔用于手机与正极板2和负极板3接触进行充电。

3.根据权利要求2所述的手机电池,其特征在于:所述的端盖设有对应正极板和负极板的孔。
