背景技术
球磨机是一种用于建材、治金、化工等行业的粉磨机械设备，球磨机的主要性能指标是钢球分级能力的高低。常用二仓分级衬板，每块衬板的高度都一样，安装后每块衬板在轴向方向没有高低落差，衬板之间没有斜度，钢球随球磨筒旋转到一定角度后砸在衬板上，钢球在衬板上的轴向滚动不顺畅，钢球分级能力不强，影响球磨机的生产效率。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种二仓组合式提升环沟分级衬板，能够解决球磨机衬板分级能力不高的技术问题。
本实用新型的目的是以如下方式实现的：一种二仓组合式提升环沟分级衬板，包括若干块衬板，其特征在于：每块衬板轴向斜度为0.2-0.3。
本实用新型采用的结构，每块衬板高度不一致，安装后每块衬板轴向斜度为0.2-0.3，钢球砸向衬板，钢球在衬板表面沿着轴向斜度从高向低滚动，提高钢球分级能力，提高生产效率。

具体实施方式
一种二仓组合式提升环沟分级衬板，包括若干块衬板，每块衬板轴向斜度为0.2-0.3。二仓组合式分级衬板的块数按照球磨机型号来选配，每块提升环沟分级衬板1在轴向方向按高低排列，衬板高低落差曲线与水平面的夹角10～13°，也就是斜度0.2-0.3，这样不同规格大小的钢球2沿着衬板表面的斜度从高向低滚动更加流畅，从而钢球2的分级能力提高了，提高了球磨机单产。每块单独的提升环沟分级衬板1的表面设计出几道凹槽形成环沟，钢球2与衬板接触面积加大，衬板所受应力变小，环沟内的研磨体3及原料4也有保护衬板的作用，从而延长衬板使用寿命。
