本实用新型涉及水产技术领域网箱或渔具用超高强编织绳。为解决小规格超高强编织绳的机械性能,本实用新型提供的网箱或渔具用超高强编织绳,包括绳芯及包裹在绳芯外管状结构编织绳面子,其特征在于:所述的编织绳面子采用16股绳股编织而成,绳股用纱采用超高强聚乙烯纤维长丝在不加捻的情况下并丝为线密度为3200D的渔用超高强聚乙烯纤维长丝纱;所述的绳芯用纱采用筒装线密度为270D的300根渔用聚乙烯单丝在不加捻的情况下并丝为规格为PE270D×300的渔用聚乙烯单丝纱。本实用新型生产出的直径6mm网箱或渔具用小规格超高强编织绳的屈服伸长率为13.5%,伸长率符合网箱或渔具生产需要。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及水产技术领域网箱或渔具用超高强编织绳。
背景技术
绳索是网箱或渔具中广泛使用的材料,按结构绳索可分为捻绳和编织绳。编织绳是指由若干绳股有规律编织成管状结构的绳索。其中,在编织绳中央部位配置的填充物的称为绳芯,包裹在绳芯外管状结构的绳股编织层称为编织绳面子。编织绳分类方法很多,按中央部位有无填芯分为有芯编织绳和无芯编织绳;按股数分为4股编织绳、6股编织绳、8股编织绳和16股编织绳;按制绳用基体材料分为聚乙烯编织绳、聚酰胺编织绳及聚酯编织绳等;按强度分为普通编织绳和高强编织绳。随着编织绳机工业的发展,编织绳以其高强、耐磨、结构紧凑和有结网片网目尺寸稳定等优势,逐渐在现代渔业中取得一席之位。直径4mm~8mm之间的小规格16股编织绳是国内外大型拖网渔业中使用较广的有结网片材料,此外,它也用作养殖网箱纲绳或各类渔具纲索。
当前渔用编织绳加工生产中,在编织绳的中心一般不充填绳芯,这导致所有绳股在外力作用时易发生绳索变形现象,降低了渔业的安全性;此外,在现行渔用聚乙烯编织绳加工企业中,编织绳用单丝为普通聚乙烯单丝、编织绳工艺也较为单一;而聚乙烯单丝作为编织绳的绳索基体材料,目前主要是经传统熔融纺丝工艺制成的,普通聚乙烯单丝优等品断裂强度标准指标为5.60cN/dtex,强度较低,其编织的编织绳已不适应现代网箱或渔具的发展需要。
发明内容
本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是在不增加编织绳公称直径的情况下提高网箱或渔具用小规格超高强编织绳的机械性能,以满足我国现代网箱或渔具生产需要。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案为:网箱或渔具用超高强编织绳,包括绳芯及包裹在绳芯外管状结构编织绳面子,其特征在于:所述的编织绳面子采用16股绳股编织而成,绳股用纱采用超高强聚乙烯纤维长丝在不加捻的情况下并丝为线密度为3200D的渔用超高强聚乙烯纤维长丝纱;所述的绳芯用纱采用筒装线密度为270D的300根渔用聚乙烯单丝在不加捻的情况下并丝为规格为PE 270D×300的渔用聚乙烯单丝纱。
上述的网箱或渔具用超高强编织绳,其公称直径为6mm。
本实用新型的有益效果为:本实用新型提供的网箱或渔具用超高强编织绳,经力学试验结果表明,在同等直径下,本实用新型生产出的公称直径6mm网箱或渔具用小规格超高强编织绳的破断强力高达9843N,较GB/T 18674标准中的相同直径的渔用聚乙烯绳索强力优等品指标提高151%;本实用新型生产出的直径6mm网箱或渔具用小规格超高强编织绳的屈服伸长率为13.5%,伸长率符合网箱或渔具生产需要。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型做进一步说明。
如附图所示,网箱或渔具用超高强编织绳,包括绳芯1及包裹在绳芯外管状结构编织绳面子2,编织绳面子2采用绳股3编织而成,在本实施例中绳股的数量为16,绳股3的用纱采用超高强聚乙烯纤维长丝在不加捻的情况下并丝为线密度为3200D的渔用超高强聚乙烯纤维长丝纱;绳芯1用纱采用筒装线密度为270D的300根渔用聚乙烯单丝在不加捻的情况下并丝为规格为PE 270D×300的渔用聚乙烯单丝纱,在本实施例中,该超高强编织绳,其公称直径为6mm。
该编织绳的编织方法为:将绳股用线密度为3200D的渔用超高强聚乙烯纤维长丝纱保持大小一致的张力在绕管机上绕于编织筒管上,从而获得绳股编织筒管;将绳芯用规格为PE 270D×300的渔用聚乙烯单丝纱保持大小一致的张力在绕管机上绕于编织筒管上,从而获得绳芯编织筒管;按28mm的螺距选取编织绳机对应的卷取齿轮,将16只绳股编织筒管分别置于16锭编织绳机的筒管锭上,1只绳芯编织筒管置于编织绳机下部的铁锭上,1只绳芯编织筒管上的规格为PE 270D×300的渔用聚乙烯单丝纱从编织绳机下部的中央孔内引入,并从编织导纱孔引出,开机编织,编织时保持各绳股间的张力平衡,绳股与绳股之间相互交叉编织成编织绳面子,绳芯则充填在编织绳的中央,最后将编织成型的编织绳从编织绳机上引出,并缠绕于卷取辊上,织成公称直径6mm的网箱或渔具用小规格超高强编织绳。

1.网箱或渔具用超高强编织绳,包括绳芯及包裹在绳芯外管状结构编织绳面子,其特征在于:所述的编织绳面子采用16股绳股编织而成,绳股用纱采用超高强聚乙烯纤维长丝在不加捻的情况下并丝为线密度为3200D的渔用超高强聚乙烯纤维长丝纱;所述的绳芯用纱采用筒装线密度为270D的300根渔用聚乙烯单丝在不加捻的情况下并丝为规格为PE 270D×300的渔用聚乙烯单丝纱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的网箱或渔具用超高强编织绳,其特征在于:该编织绳公称直径为6mm。
