背景技术
原制芯的工装与造型工装为独立运行,而车钩造型线改造为摇枕侧架线造型制芯线后,需要造型、制芯同时进行,而摇枕侧架芯盒不能直接安装在模底板上,故无法适应摇枕侧架线造型制芯线的制造需要。
发明内容
为了造型制芯无法同时进行的不足,本实用新型提供了一种芯盒过渡工装。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种芯盒过渡工装,包括芯盒安装槽、芯盒安装板、底板安装槽和底板安装板,芯盒安装槽置于芯盒安装板上,底板安装槽置于底板安装板上,芯盒安装板通过上下连接板和底板安装板固定连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是:使用该工装,可以使造型制芯同时进行,可满足摇枕侧架线造型制芯线的制造要求,而且无需更换新的造型底板,节约了成本,提高了功效。

具体实施方式
如图1是本实用新型的结构示意图, 包括芯盒安装槽1、芯盒安装板2、底板安装槽3和底板安装板4,芯盒安装槽1置于芯盒安装板2上,底板安装槽3置于底板安装板4上,芯盒安装板2通过上下连接板5和底板安装板4固定连接。
工作时,将芯盒通过螺栓固定在芯盒安装槽1内,将模型通过螺栓固定在底板安装槽3内,通过上下连接板5,使工装上造型、制芯同时进行,这样可以使造型制芯同时进行,可满足摇枕侧架线造型制芯线的制造要求,而且无需更换新的造型底板,节约了成本,提高了功效。

1.一种芯盒过渡工装,包括芯盒安装槽(1)、芯盒安装板(2)、底板安装槽(3)和底板安装板(4),芯盒安装槽(1)置于芯盒安装板(2)上,底板安装槽(3)置于底板安装板(4)上,其特征在于:芯盒安装板(2)通过上下连接板(5)和底板安装板(4)固定连接。
