Abstract

本实用新型提供一种液动脉冲式截割装置,包括冲击锤、截割头、液动脉冲装置、大臂、行星减速机,其技术特征是,在截割头上安装有冲击锤,中部安装有液动脉冲装置和大臂,在后部安装有行星减速机和电机。其优点是提高了截齿的使用寿命,减少停机更换备件次数,尤其对100MPa以上的硬岩更为显著,提高了掘进速度和截割生产效率,降低了使用成本。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种掘进机,特别是一种掘进机液动脉冲式截割装置。  
背景技术
目前我国的掘进机截割装置多采用回转破碎方式,使煤块从煤岩体上受拉伸破坏,经历了一个完整的受力破坏过程。不仅掘进速度慢切割效率低,而且设备易打齿,成本高。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述技术中存在的不足,提供一种掘进机液动脉冲式截割装置。能提高掘进速度和切割效率,减少容易打齿和降低造价成本。 
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:包括冲击锤、截割头、液动脉冲装置、大臂、行星减速机,其特征是,在截割头上安装有冲击锤,中部安装有液动脉冲装置和大臂,在后部安装有行星减速机和电机。 
工作原理:外侧刀架先冲击后给内侧刀架创造自由面,随之由系统液压泵将高压油通过配流阀与阀套的位置变化改变油腔油压的变化,从而实现内侧刀架轮番冲击,刀架与煤接触后受阻而减速,从而使能量得以释放并在煤岩体内产生冲击波及劈裂拉应力,使煤岩体受拉伸破坏力,从而提高外侧刀架截割效率。  
本实用新型的有益效果是,在媒岩同样硬度条件下,提高了截齿的使用寿命,减少停机更换备件次数,尤其对100MPa以上的硬岩更为显著,提高了掘进速度和截割生产效率,降低了使用成本。
