背景技术
目前,小型冲压复合模具固定一般采用模柄形式,模柄结构为台阶型圆柱,与上模座、上模柄孔配合,但是,薄材复合模具由于配合精度要求高,一般上模凹模板不轻易拆卸,生产过程中由于刀口磨损,凹模板必须磨床加工修整,由于模柄在上模座中是固定的,且磨床加工好后还需装配,不便加工,必须拆模,经常拆装模即影响模具配合精度,又浪费时间,给生产带来很大不便。 
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对现有模柄的技术不足,提供了一种新型模柄结构,不拆模就能对凹模板刀口磨床进行加工,避免了不必要的拆装模具,为生产节省了修模时间。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种修模模柄,是由台阶模柄、上模座、固定螺丝和凹模板相连接安装组成,台阶模柄由固定螺丝固定在上模座上,模柄为圆柱台阶模柄,当凹模板刀口修整时,将台阶模柄的固定螺丝取下,拆下台阶模柄,整个上模放在磨床上对凹模板刀口进行修整,对上模整体进行磨床加工,修整后再将台阶模柄装到模座上。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:一种修模模柄,提供了一种不拆模就能对凹模板刀口磨床进行加工,对上模整体进行磨床加工,避免了不必要的拆装模具,节省了修模时间,避免了因多次拆装模具造成的模具精度下降。

具体实施方式
在图中,当凹模板(4)刀口修整时,将台阶模柄(1)的固定螺丝(3)取下,拆下台阶模柄(1),将整个上模放在磨床上对凹模板(4)刀口进行修整,修整后再将台阶模柄(1)通过固定螺丝(3)装到上模座(2)上即可。
