本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:目前装载机前中梁在成型过程中需要工人反复压弯,反复测量,反复调整才能完成装载机前中梁的成型,这样不仅使工人的劳动强度大大增加,而且也无法保证每次成型的前中梁形状都完全符合标准,会有一定的不合格产品不能使用,造成资源浪费,增加成本的问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的方案是提供一种装载机前中梁快速成型设备,包括前中梁成型胎上模1、前中梁成型胎下模2及工装3,前中梁成型胎下模2固定于工装3上,前中梁成型胎下模2凹槽的形状与装载机前中梁的形状相同,前中梁成型胎上模1与前中梁成型胎下模2相配合。
使用本实用新型装载机前中梁快速成型设备,只需将板材放在前中梁成型胎下模上,利用液压机,将与之形状相配合的前中梁成型上模压在板材上,即可是前中梁一次成型,这样大大降低了工人的劳动强度,同时也提高了工作效率及成品率降、低了生产成本。

具体实施方式
由图1至图3可知本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的方案是提供一种装载机前中梁快速成型设备,包括前中梁成型胎上模1、前中梁成型胎下模2及工装3,前中梁成型胎下模2固定于工装3上,前中梁成型胎下模2凹槽的形状与装载机前中梁的形状相同,前中梁成型胎上模1与前中梁成型胎下模2相配合。
使用时,将工装台3置放在液压机操作台面上牢固锁定,将前中梁成型胎上模1固定在液压机压力头上锁紧,将前中梁成型胎下模2固定在工装台3台面上,调整到准确位置牢固锁定,操作液压机提升上模1,将加工件准确置放在下模2上,启动液压机,下压至极点后,提升上模1,即完成前中梁成型工序。
本实用新型的应用完全解决了人工压弯成型带来的高强度劳动,使工件不必在操作台上反复压弯,反复测量,反复调整。使成型工序变为简单操作,普通工人经过短时培训即可胜任工作;使人工操作的误差减为零,并一次成型,产品合格率达到100%,同时也缩短了成型加工时间,提高了的工作效率。本实用新型装载机前中梁快速成型设备可广泛应用于各种工厂前中梁成型生产线中。
