本实用新型涉及一种用于油漆调和及其它化工原料的搅拌设备。 
背景技术
以往进行油漆调和及其它化工原料搅拌、各种粉末混合等多种搅拌调和工作时，多采用人工搅拌方式，即费工又费力，往往结果又不太理想，不能满足使用要求。 
油漆等化工原料调和质量的好坏，直接影响了产品的外观形象，所以调漆这道工序是非常重要的。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可旋转360°的滚筒搅拌机，该机器可使油漆、涂料、等搅拌均匀，操作方便快捷，且节约人力资源。 
为实现上述目的，本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现： 
一种可旋转360°的滚筒搅拌机，包括气压控制阀、气动马达、链轮总成、搅拌机台、支撑架、可调式锁紧装置、旋转轴，气压控制阀与空气压缩机连接，气动马达与气压控制阀连接，链轮总成连接气动马达；链轮总成通过轴承与旋转轴连接；搅拌机台的侧部框架与旋转轴固定，且搅拌机台上部设有用于固定油漆桶的可调式锁紧装置，整个装置位于支撑架上。 
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点是： 
1)节省人工，可连续作业节省时间，提高工作效率。 
2)驱动方式为空气压缩机，防爆性能好。 
3)速度可自由调整，安装气压控制阀，可自由调速。 
4)绝不烧损，24小时连续使用不发热。 
5)用途广：圆桶、四角桶、塑料桶、铁桶均可使用。

具体实施方式
见图1，一种可旋转360°的滚筒搅拌机，包括气压控制阀1、气动马达2、链轮总成3、搅拌机台4、支撑架5、可调式锁紧装置6、轴承7、旋转轴8，气压控制阀1与空气压缩机连接，气动马达2与气压控制阀1连接，链轮总成3连接气动马达2；链轮总成3通过轴承7与旋转轴8连接；搅拌机台4的侧部框架与旋转轴8固定，且搅拌机台4上部设有用于固定油漆桶的可调式锁紧装置6，整个装置位于支撑架5上。 
本装置的工作过程如下：将准备调和的油漆桶放于搅拌机台4上，然后通过可调式锁紧装置6将油漆桶夹紧，启动空气压缩机，打开压缩机阀，通过调整气压控制阀1，控制气体流量后，气体进入气动马达2，滚筒搅拌机开始围绕旋转轴8自由360度旋转，使桶内的油漆充分的搅拌均匀。然后关闭压缩机阀，滚筒搅拌机停止工作。打开可调式锁紧装置6，取下搅拌好油漆的油漆桶，搅拌工作完成。

1.一种可旋转360°的滚筒搅拌机，其特征在于，包括气压控制阀、气动马达、链轮总成、搅拌机台、支撑架、可调式锁紧装置、旋转轴，气压控制阀与空气压缩机连接，气动马达与气压控制阀连接，链轮总成连接气动马达；链轮总成通过轴承与旋转轴连接；搅拌机台的侧部框架与旋转轴固定，且搅拌机台上部设有用于固定油漆桶的可调式锁紧装置，整个装置位于支撑架上。
