本实用新型涉及鸭子屠宰过程中使用的一种鸭头浸蜡保护装置。主要解决现有技术在加工过程中，石蜡进入鸭鼻孔，不易处理，影响食品卫生；人工操作费时费力的问题。本实用新型的特征是蜡池上部设有三根金属条，其中两根由水平扭转为垂直，使鸭头进入蜡池时由垂直状态变为水平状态，具体讲其中两根卡着鸭头使其由垂直变为水平，另一根在鸭头底部支撑，支撑条上部设有由变频电机带动的橡胶带转动与挂鸭链条同步。橡胶带表面呈V形槽。橡胶带上部可以设有清除石蜡的毛刷。本实用新型结构合理，使用方便，可有效地避免了石蜡进入鸭鼻孔，保证了食品安全；减轻工人劳动强度，提高工作效率，实现了快速自动化作业。

背景技术
目前，鸭子屠宰打毛后，在鸭头及全身还有许多细毛，需经过蜡池以拔出细毛，在这个过程中，挂在流水链条上的鸭子，其头部鼻孔很容易进入石蜡，很难处理干净，影响食品卫生。为了解决上述问题，有人设计了一种鸭鼻套，在鸭子进入蜡池前鸭头上套入鸭鼻套，这样就避免了鸭鼻孔进入石蜡的问题，但是在实施过程，鸭头套入或摘除鸭鼻套，都需要人工，费事费力，难以形成机械化作业。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型的鸭头浸蜡保护装置，以克服石蜡进入鸭鼻孔，不易处理，影响食品卫生；人工操作费时费力的问题，实现高效率的机械化流水作业的目的。
本实用新型技术方案：蜡池上部设有三根金属条，其中两根由水平扭转为垂直，使鸭头进入蜡池时由垂直状态变为水平状态，具体讲其中两根卡着鸭头使其由垂直变为水平，另一根在鸭头底部支撑，支撑条上部设有由变频电机带动的橡胶带转动与挂鸭链条同步。橡胶带表面呈V形槽。橡胶带的上部安装清除石蜡的毛刷。鸭头即将进入蜡池时橡胶带压住鸭鼻孔，压紧鸭嘴，阻止石蜡进入鸭鼻、嘴内。
本实用新型结构合理，使用方便，既有效地避免了石蜡进入鸭鼻孔，保证了食品安全；又减轻工人劳动强度，提高工作效率，实现了快速自动化。

如图1、2所示，鸭体1进入蜡池及石蜡层11时由变向金属条2、4将鸭头卡住且由垂直变为水平，底部有支撑条5托住，传动轴8带动橡胶带6转动与挂鸭钩10同步，橡胶带6的V形槽压住鸭鼻孔。橡胶带6工作后由毛刷7清除表面的石蜡。
具体实施方式
橡胶带6设计宽度20毫米。变向金属条2、4，支撑条5，橡胶带6的弧度根据蜡池大小、链条弧度具体设计定做。

1.一种鸭头浸蜡保护装置，其特征在于蜡池上部设有三根金属条，其中两根由水平扭转为垂直，使鸭头进入蜡池时由垂直状态变为水平状态，具体讲其中两根卡着鸭头使其由垂直变为水平，另一根在鸭头底部支撑，支撑条上部设有由变频电机带动的橡胶带转动与挂鸭链条同步。
2.根据权利要求1所述的鸭头浸蜡保护装置，其特征在于橡胶带表面呈V形槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的鸭头浸蜡保护装置，其特征在于橡胶带的上部安装清除石蜡的毛刷。
