技术领域
本实用新型涉及食品加工技术，尤其是一种黄酒在线杀菌装置。
背景技术
黄酒行业的杀菌目前均是采用巴氏杀菌技术，通过对包装容器内的酒液进行前阶段的升温，再进行持续的高温杀菌，最后对酒液进行冷却降温，达到杀菌的目的。现采用90℃热水进行杀菌工艺该种杀菌方式需要耗费大量的水资源和热能，同时对于塑料包装容器采用高温杀菌时会导致包装容器的变形，影响产品的外包装质量。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单，利用热交换器在线连续杀菌装置。
本实用新型的目的所采用技术方案是，包括板式换热器A、热水缓存罐、板式换热器B、热酒缓存罐、泵、三通阀、气动阀、杀菌罐、板式换热器C、清酒暂存罐，其板式换热器A的物料出口接通热水缓存罐进口，热水缓存罐出口接通板式换热器B的介质入口，板式换热器B的介质出口接通板式换热器A物料入口，热酒缓存罐出口接通泵的进口端，泵的出口端接通板式换热器B物料进口，板式换热器B物料出口接通三通阀一接口，三通阀另一接口接通热酒缓存罐回流口、最后接口接通气动阀进口，气动阀出口接通杀菌罐进口，杀菌罐的出口接通板式换热器C物料进口，板式换热器物料出口接通清酒暂存罐进口。
本实用新型利用水蒸气为加热介质对水进行加热到95℃左右，再进入板式换热器B内作酒液的加热介质，将酒液加热到约85℃，将酒液送至杀菌罐；如果加热后的酒液检测未达到设定温度，则将板式换热器B后的三通阀关闭，使酒液回流至酒液缓存罐，重新加热到设定的杀菌温度，达到设定温度酒液注入杀菌罐，进行约45分钟的保温杀菌，将杀菌后的酒液送入以冷酒为介质的板式换热器C进行冷却降温，降温后的酒液送入清酒暂存罐待分别灌装。
本实用新型具有结构简单紧凑，制作安装方便，能连续在线杀菌，节能降耗等特点。

如附图所示，包括板式换热器A1、热水缓存罐2、板式换热器B3、热酒缓存罐4、泵5、三通阀6、气动阀7、杀菌罐8、板式换热器C9、清酒暂存罐10，其板式换热器A1的物料出口接通热水缓存罐12进口，热水缓存罐2出口接通板式换热器B3的介质入口，板式换热器B3的介质出口接通板式换热器A1物料入口，热酒缓存罐4出口接通泵5的进口端，泵5的出口端接通板式换热器B3物料进口，板式换热器B3物料出口接通三通阀6一接口，三通阀6另一接口接通热酒缓存罐4回流口、最后接口接通气动阀7进口，气动阀7出口接通杀菌罐8进口，杀菌罐8的出口接通板式换热器C9物料进口，板式换热器9物料出口接通清酒暂存罐10进口。

1. 一种黄酒在线杀菌装置，包括板式换热器A（1）、热水缓存罐（2）、板式换热器B（3）、热酒缓存罐（4）、泵（5）、三通阀（6）、气动阀（7）、杀菌罐（8）、板式换热器C（9）、清酒暂存罐（10），其特征是板式换热器A（1）的物料出口接通热水缓存罐（12）进口，热水缓存罐（2）出口接通板式换热器B（3）的介质入口，板式换热器B（3）的介质出口接通板式换热器A（1）物料入口，热酒缓存罐（4）出口接通泵（5）的进口端，泵（5）的出口端接通板式换热器B（3）物料进口，板式换热器B（3）物料出口接通三通阀（6）一接口，三通阀（6）另一接口接通热酒缓存罐（4）回流口、最后接口接通气动阀（7）进口，气动阀（7）出口接通杀菌罐（8）进口，杀菌罐（8）的出口接通板式换热器C（9）物料进口，板式换热器（9）物料出口接通清酒暂存罐（10）进口。
