本实用新型是一种丝锥,特别是一种内冷丝锥。其包括一丝锥主体,从丝锥主体尾部沿着丝锥主体的中轴向里设有深孔,深孔由大孔和小孔两个部分组成,大孔从丝锥主体的尾部进入,大孔的前端是小孔,小孔伸入到丝锥主体的前端但未通出前端,小孔的侧面设有斜孔,斜孔从丝锥主体前端的侧面通出;所述斜孔为两个,按一前一后排列。本实用新型使丝锥的切削部位保持冷却和润滑,达到强化冷却的效果。由于冷却充分,所以降低了加工中的温度,减小了丝锥与工件的摩擦力和丝锥所受到的扭矩,防止丝锥被工件粘着结,加工过程顺利,对工件的加工精度高,工件表面光洁,特别适合于对高温耐热合金及钛合金材料的加工。

本实用新型是一种丝锥,特别是一种内冷丝锥。
背景技术
丝锥在工作中会产生大量的热,所产生的热使丝锥和工件的温度升高,高温对丝锥和工件都会产生负面影响,为了降低温度,现有的技术方案是采用直接向工作部位冲水,这种方法降低温度的效果很不理想。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有对工作中的丝锥进行降温其降温效果不佳的缺陷,发明一种在丝锥的中轴内设有深孔的内冷丝锥。
本实用新型的目的是按如下的方式来实现的:所述内冷丝锥,其特征在于:其包括一丝锥主体,从丝锥主体尾部沿着丝锥主体的中轴向里设有深孔,深孔由大孔和小孔两个部分组成,大孔从丝锥主体的尾部进入,大孔的前端是小孔,小孔伸入到丝锥主体的前端但未通出前端,小孔的侧面设有斜孔,斜孔从丝锥主体前端的侧面通出。

如图1所示,所述内冷丝锥,其特征在于:其包括一丝锥主体1,从丝锥主体1尾部沿着丝锥主体的中轴向里设有深孔,深孔由大孔2和小孔3两个部分组成,大孔2从丝锥主体1的尾部进入,大孔2的前端是小孔3,小孔3伸入到丝锥主体1的前端但未通出前端,小孔3的侧面设有斜孔4,斜孔4从丝锥主体前端的侧面通出。
所述斜孔4为两个,按一前一后排列。
工作时,将有压力的冷却液从丝锥主体尾部的大孔注入到丝锥的内部,由于深孔的孔径有大有小,所以在小孔部位冷却液压力变大,冷却液高速从斜孔冲出,使丝锥的切削部位保持冷却和润滑,达到强化冷却的效果。由于冷却充分,所以降低了加工中的温度,减小了丝锥与工件的摩擦力和丝锥所受到的扭矩,防止丝锥被工件粘着结,加工过程顺利,对工件的加工精度高,工件表面光洁,特别适合于对高温耐热合金及钛合金材料的加工。

1.一种内冷丝锥,其特征在于:其包括一丝锥主体,从丝锥主体尾部沿着丝锥主体的中轴向里设有深孔,深孔由大孔和小孔两个部分组成,大孔从丝锥主体的尾部进入,大孔的前端是小孔,小孔伸入到丝锥主体的前端但未通出前端,小孔的侧面设有斜孔,斜孔从丝锥主体前端的侧面通出。
