背景技术
目前国内生产的汽车电动助力转向电机的刷架总成一般是由以下部件构成，它包括固定在刷架上的刷握及设置在刷握内的电刷，其中刷架由环氧板构成，刷架边上设有与电刷通过刷辫连接的电源接线片(铜板材料)，这种结构的刷架绝缘性、刚性及抗振性都比较差，容易导致电机短路，无法保证电机运行的可靠性及安全性，而且生产工艺复杂不利于批量生产。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的克服现有技术的不足，提供一种绝缘性好、刚性强、抗振性好，能提高电机运行的可靠性和安全性的电动助力转向电机用刷架组件。
实现上述目的的技术方案是：一种汽车电动助力转向电机用刷架组件，包括刷架，还包括导电片，导电片埋入到刷架内，并与刷架组合成一个整体。
采用上述技术方案后，通过在刷架内埋入导电片，使得刷架组件具有结构紧凑、空间利用率高、绝缘性好、工艺简单、刚性及抗震性好的优点，能有效地简化生产工艺、提高生产效率、降低生产成本，提高电机运行的可靠性及安全性。
