技术领域
本实用新型涉及发动机配件领域,特别是涉及一种整体铆合式浮动镶边瓦。
背景技术
轴瓦是柴油机、汽油机等内燃机的主要配件,也是主要的易损件,随着现代汽车、交通运输、农业机械和工程机械的发展,其柴油机、汽油机的需求量越来越大,尤其是重型汽车的使用和发展,对轴瓦的技术要求越来越高。
轴瓦是滑动轴承,工作表面为耐磨合金(铜基合金、铝基合金)衬垫为低碳钢的双金属材料。内燃机上的轴瓦分为连杆轴瓦和曲轴主轴瓦(平轴瓦和止推主轴瓦),其中止推主轴瓦每台机上必须有一对,它的作用除承担主轴瓦的作用外还要使曲轴运转保持轴向定位和承受曲轴的外来轴向推力。
当前国际和国内普遍采用的止推主轴瓦形式有整体翻边式、活洛挂边式、钩状挂边式和镶边铆合式四种。
整体翻边式缺点为:止推边与轴瓦体的垂直度难保证,开档与缸体的配合间隙及轴瓦宽度与曲轴档的间隙无法调整。活洛挂边式缺点为:装配和使用过程中止推边易掉下,可靠性差。须增加汽缸体加工的工时。钩状挂边式缺点为:此种型式的止推边多采用整体合金,铸造后机加工,工艺繁,且合金澎胀系数大,目前很少采用。传统安装方式缺点为:对于现代汽车行业,高速运转的需求,传统的止推片+主轴瓦及传统的止推瓦已不能满足需求,即满足安装方便,又能满足使用性能的要求。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种整体铆合式浮动镶边瓦,提高产品稳定性。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种整体铆合式浮动镶边瓦,包括止推片和轴瓦本体,所述的止推片上从左到右分别有左定位键、止推边中定位键和右定位键;所述的左定位键、止推边中定位键和右定位键在止推片上前后对称各成一对;所述的轴瓦本体上从左到右分别有左缺口、轴瓦定位缺口和右缺口;所述的左缺口、轴瓦定位缺口和右缺口在轴瓦本体上前后对称各成一对;所述的轴瓦本体上的六个缺口两侧均设有铆接孔。
所述的止推片前端的左定位键、止推边中定位键和右定位键分别与轴瓦本体前端的左缺口、轴瓦定位缺口和右缺口对称定位;所述的止推片后端的左定位键、止推边中定位键和右定位键分别与轴瓦本体后端的左缺口、轴瓦定位缺口和右缺口对称定位。有益效果
由于采用了上述的技术方案,本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下的优点和积极效果:1、由于止推边是浮动的,所以消除了止推片垂直度不良对安装间隙的影响。2、装配方便可靠、止推边不会脱落,既形成了止推瓦的形态安装方便,又充分发挥了止推片的特点,消除由于缸体的轴瓦座宽度制造公差的造成的配合间隙偏差,使轴向间隙始终满足设计要求。3、止推片与轴瓦本体连接存在0.15-0.30的间隙,可根据装配需要调整。4、止推片和轴瓦本体可采用不同材料及不同厚度,可不受加工工艺的限制,自由搭配。

本实用新型的实施方式涉及一种整体铆合式浮动镶边瓦,如图1和图2所示,包括止推片1和轴瓦本体3,所述的止推片1上从左到右分别有左定位键2、止推边中定位键4和右定位键5;所述的左定位键2、止推边中定位键4和右定位键5在止推片1上前后对称各成一对;所述的轴瓦本体3上从左到右分别有左缺口6、轴瓦定位缺口7和右缺口8;所述的左缺口6、轴瓦定位缺口7和右缺口8在轴瓦本体6上前后对称各成一对;所述的轴瓦本体3上的六个缺口两侧均设有铆接孔。所述的止推片1前端的左定位键2、止推边中定位键4和右定位键5分别与轴瓦本体3前端的左缺口6、轴瓦定位缺口7和右缺口8对称定位;所述的止推片1后端的左定位键2、止推边中定位键4和右定位键5分别与轴瓦本体3后端的左缺口6、轴瓦定位缺口7和右缺口8对称定位。
止推片1处的止推边中定位键4定位于轴瓦本体3处的轴瓦定位缺口7中,其中轴瓦定位缺口7起到定位及限位作用,安装落位后,在轴瓦本体3的六处缺口两边距离2-3mm铆合,铆合深度为0.4-0.6mm,共12处。

1.一种整体铆合式浮动镶边瓦,包括止推片(1)和轴瓦本体(3),其特征在于,所述的止推片(1)上从左到右分别有左定位键(2)、止推边中定位键(4)和右定位键(5);所述的左定位键(2)、止推边中定位键(4)和右定位键(5)在止推片(1)上前后对称各成一对;所述的轴瓦本体(3)上从左到右分别有左缺口(6)、轴瓦定位缺口(7)和右缺口(8);所述的左缺口(6)、轴瓦定位缺口(7)和右缺口(8)在轴瓦本体(6)上前后对称各成一对;所述的轴瓦本体(3)上的六个缺口两侧均设有铆接孔。
