本实用新型涉及沼气反应所用设备领域,尤其是一种新型厌氧沼气池专用溢流系统。
背景技术
沼气作为一种清洁干净的新能源被广泛使用,目前农村建造的沼气池大多没有沼气池反应装置溢流系统,因此当沼气池中的沼液过多时无法有效地排出。另外沼气池反应装置中气体产生小于使用量时会使反应装置的内压低于外界大气压强,造成沼气池反应装置内陷破裂。
实用新型内容
本实用新型技术任务是针对上述技术不足,提供了一种新型厌氧沼气池专用溢流系统。
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种新型厌氧沼气池专用溢流系统,包括溢流管、溢流箱和支架,所述溢流管下端设有溢流口,上部则深入溢流箱,并高于溢流箱的底部,同时该溢流箱上还设有沼液管。
所述溢流箱上设有维修孔和导气孔。
本实用新型所能带来的有益效果是:
1、防止沼液管堵塞并及时排走沼液;
2、保持沼气池反应装置内压力恒定,防止反应装置内陷破裂;
3、便于维修。

下面结合附图,对本实用新型做以下详细说明:
如图1所示,本实用新型所公布的新型厌氧沼气池专用溢流系统,包括溢流管2、溢流箱6和支架3,所述溢流管2下端设有溢流口1,上部则深入溢流箱6,并高于溢流箱6的底部,同时该溢流箱6上还设有沼液管7。所述溢流箱6上设有维修孔5和导气孔4。
当沼气池反应装置8内的沼液过多时就会通过溢流口1顺着溢流管2流入到溢流箱6中,沼液就会顺着沼液管7流到外界,当沼液顺着沼液管7流出时因为有导气孔4与外界相通,因此不会造成沼液下流时反应装置内气压下降,最终避免了沼气池反应装置8内陷破裂,溢流箱6上设有维修孔5,方便维修及操作。整个溢流系统由支架3支撑。
综上所述,本实用新型既能防止沼液管堵塞及时排走沼液;又能保持沼气池反应装置内压力恒定,防止反应装置内陷破裂。

1.新型厌氧沼气池专用溢流系统,其特征在于:包括溢流管、溢流箱和支架,所述溢流管下端设有溢流口,上部则深入溢流箱,并高于溢流箱的底部,同时该溢流箱上还设有沼液管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型厌氧沼气池专用溢流系统,其特征在于:所述溢流箱上设有维修孔和导气孔。
