Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种盖顶上凸的沼气机,包括设有凹腔的沼气收集储存盖,所述沼气收集储存盖的凹腔口部淹没于沼液中使凹腔密闭形成沼气收集储存腔,所述沼气收集储存盖的盖顶部向上凸起形成上部小下部大的形状;所述沼气收集储存盖外表面连接有吊耳;还包括贯穿设置于吊耳内的支撑杆,所述支撑杆用于将沼气收集储存盖定位固定在沼液坑池上;本实用新型沼气机整体结构简单,制造成本低,适合批量生产,沼气收集储存盖还可根据沼气池尺寸设计,特别适合设置于农村储粪池中以收集沼气,沼气收集储存盖和沼气池池壁之间有间隙,可通过间隙向沼气池中添料或将沼渣排出,使用方便;因而本盖顶上凸的沼气机实用性强,特别适合在农村推广使用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种沼气设备,特别涉及一种收集存储沼气的装置。
背景技术
现有的沼气收集装置中主要有浮动盖式沼气发生器和软体弹性沼气发生器;浮动盖式沼气发生器,不仅需要浮动盖,还需要配置主罐体、密封水槽、进料管、出料管,其制造所需所需材料多、工时长,制造成本较高,且出料时,需要先揭去浮动盖才能露出坑池,平时舀沼液、进料也不方便;软体弹性沼气发生器多采用橡胶或塑料膜制造,橡胶制造的软体弹性沼气发生器,价格较贵,不适应广泛运用,而塑料膜制造的软体弹性沼气发生器则容易损坏,且软体弹性沼气发生器容易受原料挤压变形,导致原料堆积在沼气发生器外表面。
因此需要对现有技术中的沼气收集储存装置进行改进,使其不仅具有结构简单、坚固、制造成本低的特点,还具有出渣进料方便,实用于不同大小沼气池等特点,以利于沼气收集储存装置的推广运用。

有鉴于此,本实用新型的目的是提供一种盖顶上凸的沼气机,其不仅具有结构简单、坚固、制造成本低的特点,还具有出渣进料方便,实用于不同大小沼气池等特点,以利于沼气收集装置的推广运用。
本实用新型盖顶上凸的沼气机,包括设有凹腔的沼气收集储存盖,所述沼气收集储存盖的凹腔口部淹没于沼液中使凹腔密闭形成沼气收集储存腔,所述沼气收集储存盖的盖顶部向上凸起形成上部小下部大的形状。
进一步,所述沼气收集储存盖外表面连接有吊耳;
进一步,还包括贯穿设置于吊耳内的支撑杆,所述支撑杆用于将沼气收集储存盖定位固定在沼液坑池上;
进一步,所述沼气收集储存盖的水平截面为圆形或多边形;
进一步,所述沼气收集储存盖由倒V型槽板和密封设置在V形槽两端的三角形板构成;
进一步,所述吊耳为软绳圈或长管;
进一步,所述沼气收集储存盖上部连接有输气管。
本实用新型的有益效果:本实用新型盖顶上凸的沼气机,整体结构简单,制造成本低,适合批量生产,沼气收集储存盖还可根据沼气池尺寸设计,特别适合设置于农村储粪池中以收集储存沼气,沼气收集储存盖和沼气池池壁之间有间隙,可通过间隙向沼气池中添料或将沼液沼渣排出,使用方便;因而本盖顶上凸的沼气机实用性强,特别适合在农村推广使用。

如图所示,本实用新型盖顶上凸的沼气机,包括设有凹腔1a的沼气收集储存盖1,所述沼气收集储存盖1的凹腔1a口部淹没于沼液中使凹腔密闭形成沼气收集储存腔,所述沼气收集储存盖的盖顶部向上凸起形成上部小下部大的形状。本沼气机的沼气收集储存盖下部大,可保证有较大的沼气收集面,下部大上部小的结构还可增大沼气收集储存盖外部的被凹腔内沼气挤出的沼液的临时存储空间,以保证沼气收集储存腔内沼气压力稳定和更快的产生沼气收集储存腔内的高气压,以利于沼气输送。
作为对本实施方案的进一步改进,所述沼气收集储存盖外表面连接有吊耳2;设置吊耳可方便沼气收集储存盖的安装、定位和固定。
作为对本实施方案的进一步改进,本盖顶上凸的沼气机还包括贯穿设置于吊耳2内的支撑杆3,所述支撑杆3用于将沼气收集储存盖定位固定在沼液坑池上;支撑杆使沼气收集储存盖的安装更加方便。
作为对本实施方案的进一步改进,所述沼气收集储存盖1的水平截面为圆形或多边形,从而使本沼气机可适用于不同形状的沼液坑池。
作为对本实施方案的进一步改进,所述沼气收集储存盖1由倒V型槽板和密封设置在V形槽两端的三角形板构成,结构简单,制造方便,沼气收集储存盖的水平截面为长方形,与农村常见的粪坑池相适应,实用性强;当然在沼气收集储存盖口部边缘还可增设向下的裙脚形成柱形管状边壁,以增加储气容积。
作为对本实施方案的进一步改进,所述吊耳2为长管,吊耳受力更好,结构稳定;当然吊耳还可以为软绳圈,也可实现本发明。
作为对本实施方案的进一步改进,所述沼气收集储存盖1上部连接有输气管4,不用另设输气管,结构更简单实用。

3.根据权利要求2所述的盖顶上凸的沼气机,其特征是:还包括贯穿设置于吊耳内的支撑杆,所述支撑杆用于将沼气收集储存盖定位固定在沼液坑池上。
4.根据权利要求2所述的盖顶上凸的沼气机,其特征是:所述沼气收集储存盖的水平截面为圆形或多边形。
5.根据权利要求4所述的盖顶上凸的沼气机,其特征是:所述沼气收集储存盖由倒V型槽板和密封设置在V形槽两端的三角形板构成。
