本实用新型涉及一种免维护高可靠性沼气池,采用新型浮罩式密封方式改变现用沼气池的密封工艺,在储气罩(5)内设置能浮在沼液面的浮板(3)解决池内沼液结壳问题,并利用池体底部的斜面(13)实现自动排渣,具有可靠性高、制作工艺简单、造价低、使用简便的特点,适用各种沼气池。

本实用新型属于沼气池技术领域,更具体涉及一种免维护高可靠性沼气池。
背景技术
目前在用的沼气池大多是由上、下两半池密封安装组成,在密封的沼气池内,上半部是用来储存沼气,下半部用作发酵池,并设有进料口和出料口,无破壳装置或采用专用机构手动破壳或电动机构破壳。这种沼气池设计方案存在以下不足:1.安装时由于上、下两半池接合面过大,在沼气池内气压经常波动情况下密封不可靠,容易漏气,或者密封成本较高。2、发酵池中沼液面时常会有部分原料结壳现象,造成这部分原料不能浸入沼液中产气,现用破壳机构操作不便或成本较高。3、出料时,现用沼气池虽设有出料口,但池内沼渣难以清理干净,如果打开上半池进行清理,池内残留气体会给人带来危险。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种免维护高可靠性沼气池。
本实用新型的技术方案是:免维护高可靠性沼气池,包括箱形池体和顶部设有导气管、底部敞口的储气罩,储气罩罩入沼液内,将沼液液面分隔成进料区、发酵间、沼气室、出料区,进料区、出料区顶部分别设置有相应的进料口盖板、出料口盖板,其特征在于所述池体从进料区至出料区底部由高到低设置有一段斜面,在储气罩内的沼液表面设有浮板。
所述浮板形状与储气罩内表面形状相吻合,周边尺寸略小于储气罩内壁周边尺寸,并且周边设有导向块。
所述进料口盖板为可方便拆卸盖板。
所述储气罩底部放置在距离池体顶部700-1000mm处为宜。
所述从进料区至出料区底部斜面的倾斜角度优选为10-30度。
所述斜面底部距出料区的优选距离为储气罩宽度的三分之一。
本实用新型提供的沼气池具有浮罩式免密封、不结壳、自动排渣、连续进料、连续出气等特点,其使用可靠、制作工艺简便、造价低、效率高、运行畅通、劳动强度小,适用于我国农村各种沼气池。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步详细说明。
如图所示储气罩5和底部带有一段斜面13的池体6通过储气罩5四周的法兰连接并用螺钉7固定,储气罩5是一个底部敞口的容器,其顶部设有导气管2,储气罩5的外形尺寸要保证它能顺利装入池体6且储气罩5底部放置在距离池体6顶部900mm处,将池体6分为进料区8、发酵间9、出料区10,进料区8上方设有可作为便池使用的可方便拆卸盖板4,出料区10上方设有出料口盖板1,其中进料区8的池体底部高于出料区10的池体底部,其间有斜面13过渡。该斜面13与底部水平面成15度角倾斜,而发酵间9处于储气罩5下方,原料由进料区8通过斜面进入发酵间9,产生的沼气进入沼气室11,而池体6不再起密封作用,只作为盛放沼液的容器,其材料及工艺的获取将比较灵活;储气罩5内部放置一块可浮在沼液面上并且周边带有导向块12的木质浮板3,浮板3周边尺寸应略小于储气罩5内壁周边尺寸,浮板3在沼液浮力作用下可沿储气罩5内壁上、下移动而不倾翻,浮在沼液面的原料将会被浮板3压入沼液进行充分发酵,所以能够实现不结壳的目的;斜面13底部距出料区10的距离为储气罩5宽度的三分之一,有利于新鲜沼料在斜面13底部堆积发酵产气,储气罩5内随着气压的变化会引起沼液水位的变化,沼渣将逐步被沼液冲到出料区10,从而可以实现自动排渣。

1、免维护高可靠性沼气池,包括箱形池体(6)和顶部设有导气管(2)、底部敞口的储气罩(5),储气罩(5)罩入沼液内,将沼液液面分隔成进料区(8)、发酵间(9)、沼气室(11)、出料区(10),进料区(8)、出料区(10)顶部分别设置有相应的进料口盖板(4)、出料口盖板(1),其特征在于所述池体(6)从进料区(8)至出料区(10)的底部由高到低设置有一段斜面(13),在储气罩(5)内的沼液表面设有浮板(3)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的免维护高可靠性沼气池,其特征在于:所述浮板(3)形状与储气罩(5)内表面形状相吻合,周边尺寸略小于储气罩(5)内壁周边尺寸,并且周边设有导向块(12)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的免维护高可靠性沼气池,其特征在于:所述进料口盖板(4)为可方便拆卸盖板。
4、根据权利要求1所述的免维护高可靠性沼气池,其特征在于:所述储气罩(5)底部距离池体(6)顶部700-1000mm。
5、根据权利要求1所述的免维护高可靠性沼气池,其特征在于:所述从进料区(8)至出料区(10)底部斜面(13)的倾斜角度为10-30度。
6、根据权利要求1所述的免维护高可靠性沼气池,其特征在于:所述斜面(13)底部距出料区(10)的距离为储气罩(5)宽度的三分之一。
